Had been a while since weâve ate here. They didnât have a lot of customers. We sat towards the back near the Kitchen. Lot of activity. More like the employees were visiting among themselves & forgot they were st work. Wasnât the best service weâve ever had here for certain. We had asked for additional Biscuits. But we didnât get Beverage refills until we flagged down another waitress & asked her to tell our waitress weâd like to see her. Took several minutes before she finally came. Asked her for refills & Biscuits. They never came! When she brought our check she said âOh, Iâm so sorry. I totally forgot youâd asked for Biscuits" Didnât offer to bring any. Think weâd probably have ate them. Should she offered. Had kept seeing commercials and ads for their Seafood Fest. Portions were way to small. And can honestly say. We left there hungry. And paid way to much! This visit. Wasnât a good visit. Will definitely be a year or more before we return.Hi omega1974, weâre sorry to learn about your disappointing experience at our Chillicothe restaurant and weâd like to know more. Our service and server Ashley were great! My husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with homemade chips and thought it was very good. I ordered a burger. My burger tasted like it was grilled with the chicken. I donât eat chicken so I could tell. I also ordered the zucchini patties. They were mushy with no real taste. But this restaurant is in a quaint downtown that we enjoyed visiting. And our server was excellent!

We have eaten at other Roosters, so we knew what to except and thatâs why we choose to stop here. Unfortunately they were our of dumpster sauce which is my favorite thing they have.

If your looking for a good burger and milkshake then this would be a good place to stop! The sumburger and fries were sooo good and so was the coleslaw. However, the restaurant itself was not very clean but we did come late on a Saturday night probably after a busy afternoon but everyone was very nice and helpful! Would make a stop again while in the area.

I was excited to try the new pizza shop. So I finally went tonight. The staff was friendly and the pizza was good. However it took over 50 minutes to get the pizza to me. I should not take 50 minutes for a pizza to get to me.

We brought in 30+ people for a family event. Prearranged for a buffet style dinner. Everything we had was excellent and just the right amount of food for our party. Staff was on the spot with drinks for everyone. They boxed and bagged up any leftovers for us to take. I would without question have another event here. We also went and ate there several days before and food was great both times.

We found the place pretty easily, just followed the smell of BBQ smoking! The server was very helpful and friendly. We ordered the sampler of chicken, pork and brisket along with a side of fries. I'm gluten free and I knew that there were going to be a limited amount of items I could eat here. All the meat was great, but, the chicken was amazing. The amount of food for my husband and I was a good portion. The fries were good, hot. The ketchup wasn't the best, but, it was okay. It was too sweet.I recommend it as a diner atmosphere.

Get the cheeseburger basket! We stop in often for a quick lunch while running errands. Our kids love sitting at the counter and ordering root beer floats. My husband and I always get the cheeseburger basket (extra pickles!). This diner has some pretty interesting roots. The building actually originated at the World's Fair in Chicago before coming to Chillicothe. It was placed near St Mary Church on Paint St. After many years, the building was moved to it's current location. The current location is near many local boutiques and antique shops. Pretty perfect for a fun afternoon downtown!

Enjoyed the location and atmosphere. Our party had a variety of meals. The meatloaf looked outstanding. I had the chicken and waffles. Not very good as the chicken seemed to have been left over baked chicken that was then deep fried. The meat was a bit dry and mushy. Everyone else was pleased with thier dinners.

Came here based on the recommendations on TripAdvisor, and it did not disappoint. I had the BBQ chicken and pork and used their house made sauce on it, and it was delicious. Salad for starter had a tasty house dressing, too. Service was pretty good and the atmosphere was as expected for a BBQ place.I would definitely go back here next time I am in town.
