We've passed the Front Porch Grill several times so, for my birthday, we ate here. They do have a sign posted stating that they "don't serve fast food, we serve good food as fast as possible"...it's made to order so be prepared to wait. They have outside dining but it's closed in all around which is awesome!! The food is okay...not the best we've had but not the worst either. They also have funny license plates and signs as decor that you can purchase as well. No restrooms but I think I remember them having a sink to wash hands....anyone can correct me on that if I'm mistaken. A bit over-priced for the quality. I got a Jr. burger, my husband got the regular sized burger. They both had the same sized bun, mine just had a smaller patty. The taste was fine as was the fries. We prob will just stick to the Horseshoe down the road...same approx pricing but better food.

Bar type atmosphere with some outdoor seating. We had the Friday special which was chicken fried steak and we had appetizers and hamburger and fries. Everything was really good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would I eat here again...sure would!

I looked up breakfast spots on TripAdvisor and saw the great reviews. We traveled about 15 minutes to get to the restaurant only to find it closed.

Just to set up proper expectation - this is just another sports bar in town. However, I always apprreciate staff that are attentive and warm. I'd like to commend the staff as they were really friendly and gave us options as to what we cn have. We walked in almsot 9.45pm and kitchen is about to close. They helped us in the most possible ways we can have a decent meal. Plus was the memorabilia on display. Any sports fanatics would love the place- especially the ambience.

Local eatery with good comfort food and large portions at great prices. Service is like family and usually not that crowded. Be sure to check websites for times as they close in the afternoon for a bit.

This is one of our favorite spots at Canyon Lake! Their brisket is the bomb, and we love their jalapeño sausage too. Order yourself a two meat plate with macaroni and cheese and potato salad and enjoy! If that doesnât sound good enough, you canât really go wrong with any of their meats and sides. They also have specialty sodas if you are into that too.

We love taking mini vacations to Canyon Lake Texas , so nice to spend the day on the lake and end with a nice meal overlooking the lake . I ordered 3 meat bar b que plate , expected the little samples of each like you get at typical bar b que big box restaurants, but this was an unbelievable amount of food . Had enough leftovers for another meal . Will definitely be going back !

Wildflour is a great find at Canyon Lake. Small, spotlessly clean, family friendly. We stopped for burgers, but there is so much more...the servers were very knowledgeable and accomodating, the quality of food outstanding. Great variety and items not often seen on the menu....all prepared fresh! A great spot to meet friends...we will be back.

I loved the chicken fried chicken. It was perfect. I also had mashed potatoes, green beans and gravy. Large portions. Service was very prompt. This is a hole-in-the-wall, but we really enjoyed the home style country cooking. It looks like only locals ate here, everyone seemed to know each other.

We live close by so have eaten here numerous times - for special events (those menus are awesome), when family and friends visit, and to celebrate our own occasions. The staff is always so welcoming and efficient, there's usually great music, and the food is DELICIOUS!! Our favorite place to go in Canyon Lake!
