Got in late on a Thursday night to the Marriott Courtyard in Campbell. At 11 PM, everything close by was closed. Walking past the shopping center, I noticed one bar open, the Garrett. I was hoping they had food, which they did. The place was quite busy for a weeknight. Great food. I had the Garrett sandwich. Very good selection of beers, draft and bottled. Reasonable prices. You have to walk to the counter to order and pick up your food. Lots of room, TVs, and people. I knew I found a great spot. Went back 2 days later for lunch. My group was impressed.

Decided to visit Willard Hicks since the food is very good and they did not charge a corkage fee for the first bottle.Imagine our surprise when the bill arrived to see a $16 charge for corkage. The website still shows that corkage is free. Our bartender did not mention that there was a corkage fee when we sat at the bar during happy hour.We did a full dinner but was told that the policy had changed a year ago even though we have sat at the bar during previous visits and were not charged a corkage fee.The manager happened to be near us and we tried to explain that we felt we shouldn't be charged a corkage fee. He did not seem to be clear onthe policy and did nothing to make us feel welcome as customers. This will be our last visit to Willard Hicks.

Attentive, friendly service. Seemed overworked ( hard to track down) but still excellent service with a smile. Located on the main drag of Santana row, close to multi story parking structure. Great beer selection, high energy. Bar food, like burgers, wings, nachos, fried stuff are all good. Higher price menu items that require more delicate cooking method and more attention from the cooks are not worth venturing into. But that is not this place is known for. Stay with the beer and bar food and you will be extremely happy. Even though the sitting process after you reported to the host or hostess stand is a bit chaotic, come on in, enjoy the friendly service and get involved with the energy of the patrons provide your own energy, it is a happy place.

Me and my family came here from san francisco on the way to santa monica. We love american breakfast as we are british so we had to try this hidden gem. This place is very unique as it puts the toppings that you choose from into the pancakes (eg: strawberries, coconut, banana etc) We did have to wait for around ten minutes as it was a long wait but it didn’t really bother us. The staff were friendly but did not include wifi unfortunately. The food is amazing alongside a great ambience to go with it. I recommend this place to anyone as it’s not too expensive and this restaurant/ diner does deserve more recognition for its incredible food. Thank you Bill’s Café! :)

The service was excellent. We sat outside and the lady took our rather complicated order (with various side dishes and extra instructions) without writing anything down. The food came soon afterwards and everything was exactly as we requested. The server also stopped by regularly to fill water glasses and to check on us. The food was also very good, we were both pleased with everything we ordered. You can sit outside on the patio or inside, which is rather large with plenty of seating.

Brown Chicken Brown Cow

It’s a cute place. We were so hopeful. They serve drinks in mason jars and just give you two napkins each, Love that. The drinks came right away. The fries are amazing, the tri-tip sliders delicious. My son had the blt with cheese and avocado, and my husband the chicken club. The sandwiches are all tasty but a Bit dry. Ask for some extra mayo and slather it on. It’s so good. We got the last table and waited and waited for food - 40 minutes after ordering for food. They filled many many take-out orders while we were waiting. Seems like bad kitchen management to make all the people in the restaurant wait while cooking for door dash customers. And some other table that were seated after us got served before us which drove my husband nuts. There are not many tables inside, so it may be better to go in nicer weather when you can sit outside (no heaters). I’ll probably try it again and see if they get a handle on kitchen management but Three strikes and your out.

Blue Line Pizza

We stopped by early on a Sunday night - around 4:30 ish for a quick bite to eat & easily found a table. Atmosphere is casual but pleasant. Service was a bit slow to start off with & I have to say that as the restaurant filled up, the staff got less & less attentive. But we were there to eat pizza & the pizza was very good. We ordered a thin crust large size that we made half Hawaiian & half Free Bird. Both were very good but the Hawaiian was my favorite. Our son ordered the small cheese & loved it. The crust is really tasty & has cornmeal on or in it as it has a great texture. We also ordered the bacon & blue salad which was good but I think it would have been much better with mixed greens instead of the big chunks of lettuce. Kids has the cookie with ice cream for dessert which they enjoyed but I think the big dollop of ice cream made the cookie really hard & it was difficult for them to eat. Overall good pizza but slow service even at off peak hours!

The place is very busy, but we were seated within the time they said we would be seated. The server was friendly and efficient. There is plenty of indoor seating and some outside seating.
