Things to do in Caledon
From the Big Mac to the Quarter Pounder, we have been serving smiles and memories, coast-to-coast, since 1967.
Considering when I pulled up there were only 2 cars a head of me I did NOT think the wait would be that bad. I was wrong, At 10 :23 am we waited in the drive thru for 16 minutes. If there was a way to back out pull out of that drive thru I would have done it, I ended up being late for where I was going. Not happy with the service at all. My food was lukewarm as well
Located on the west side of highway 50, so it's very convenient for the southbound morning commute into Toronto. Would probably be suicidal to try to cross all lanes of traffic to enter if going northbound. Shares a parking lot with a fast food chicken place. Ample parking but no outside seating; probably just as well due to the noise from the truck traffic going 100 km/hr on highway 50. Staff is very chill and friendly, service is prompt. Unfortunately the cleanliness in the dining area has declined significantly. Also, the comfy chairs have been removed and replaced with a confusing mess of hard furniture. The green 'pass' sign from the health department is dated from back in the spring...which also appears to be the last day the place was cleaned. Best to stick to the drive through so you won't see the food on the floor, the greasy hand prints on the chairs, and the various stains on the walls.
Honestly, I heard such amazing things about this place, and I work in Bolton, so I always love to support the community. However, upon entering, the server told us it would be about 20 minutes for our waffle and crepe, two things ... 45 minutes late we got our drinks, and after and hour and 15 minutes still no food. So we paid the bill and left. Sucks to say, but I'm not risking being that annoyed again, I won't be back. And I'm not the only one with the experience of the waiting 45+ minutes for food ... I don't know.

We were passing thru on our way back from Collingwood and all 3 of my passengers were hungry but only hungry for pancakes and other breakfast fare at 1:30 pm.Someone saw the all day breakfast sign and we immediately turned in.The resturant is clean and functional with ample seating. We were surprised at how high the prices were for many items but we ordered anyway. The food was good and everyone was pleased with what they received. The waitress was very friendly and was quick getting our orders served and asking for refills.

Enjoy one of Canada's original roadhouse restaurants, with Canadian favourites like double stacked burgers and unforgettable chicken wings. At Kelsey's the beer is always cold and a game is always on.
Met some friends for dinner. We had a reservation, but they didn't have it when we arrived. We did get a table in good time.I had the pot roast beef with veggies & mashed potatoes. It was delicious but they did cheap out on the mash & veggies.Still hit the spot as I was hungry. They have a butter tart & ice-cream dessert.Looked great but the crust was like rubber as if it came out of a microwave. Crust should be flaky on desserts.Service was good.

As local residents, we made a last minute decision to finally try Tom's. No regrets at all and pleasantly surprised when it wasn't packed as usual. It is a small and intimate family restaurant which we really loved. Has a true country diner feel which we were looking for. Tucked in to the little town of Caledon East. We ordered the Cheeseburger and two Tom's Specials. Everything was delicious and fresh. Plated very nicely. Portions just right. Prices very affordable. Server and staff were attentive and welcoming. Our new found love for those quick breakfast /lunch meals. We will definitely be regulars and are happy to support our local businesses. Thanks to everyone for a lovely experience. See you again very soon.

We stopped here for breakfast on the recommendation of a friend. The restaurant was full and we had a short wait for a table. We were promptly served and we impressed with how fast the food was made. The breakfast was HUGE and very good. Our compliments to the cook as he appeared to be working alone and kept things in order.

Every monday for the last few months my girlfriends and I always go out for brunch somewhere in Orangeville. We decided to switch up our usual routine place for something new and stumbled upon this from Trip Advisor reviews in the area! WE. WILL. BE. COMING. BACK!First off the lady (owner? waitress? Wonderful woman!) who served us was so cheerful and a great conversationalist. The coffee was some of the best my friends and I have had- and we are/have been baristas so our coffee standards are kinda up there. The menu was huuuuggeee and so mucu variety! The portions of the food we got was AMAZING for the price! Also accomodated my meal for a waffle (which I desperately wanted) for the other options presented. So good. Worth the drive. Worth the stay. Ps. They let you have pan fried or deep fried homefries....I went for the deep fried and heaven. Will be back!Thank you for your review. We are very happy that you enjoyed your meal - The Lady - That was the one, the only Mamma! We look forward to seeing you back at the Shack soon!

A neighbour of ours has been talking to us about Rays for years, and we finally attended for lunch today. Boy, I wish I had listened to him earlier. The food was excellent, the service was pretty good and the ambiance on the patio out back was wonderful. My wife had the cajun salmon on a bun and I had the fire jerk chicken lollypops. The cajun salmon was perfectly seasoned, according to my wife and my jerk chicken was probably some of the better I've had that was from the Caribbean or a shop that specializes in Caribbean food. A nice spice, heat wise and quite flavourful. We definitely will return, and perhaps even drag my neighbour along with us.
