Bijou location serving takeaways and restaurant Italian meals. We arrived early and ordered a childrenâs meal for the 3 year old. We decided to limit our intake and ordered two medium pizzas with our own choice of extra toppings. Little did we realise how large these would be. By any standards they would be enormous. Be warned. However, they were so good, we were happy to take the remainders away. Full marks for cuisine and friendly service.

First time stopping in after visiting a local campground. What a great experience. Kim was our waitress very patient and several recommendations. We sat at the tables by the bar. We arrived by 4:30 on a Friday night and the place was already hopping. We split a salad, both had dinner entrees and ordered two different kinds of desserts. Everything was amazing. The company was truly great too. We had a couple to our left that was offering a taste of an appetizer to us when they found out it was our first visit. Then the couple to our right was making suggestions on desserts. Where do you go and not only great service and food but awesome and kind company to go along with it. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!!!
Barley Creek's new Sports Bar. This location features PA Brews, Spirits and Wines. Since 1995 Barley Creek has been a Pocono landmark: a one-of-a-kind eatery, brewery, and small-batch distillery. The folks at Barley Creek thought it would be fun to bring
Was shopping with our family at the crossings and passed by the tasting room , they had the USA womenâs World Cup soccer match on so we stopped in for a few drinks and ended up staying for the whole game. Bartender and manager were very friendly talked to us about the place as well as offered us some suggestions from the drink menu. I had smoked old fashion which was excellent , my wife had a cosmo. there were plenty of activities for the kids even a piano that my daughter started playing ( who knew she could play ) . Food menu is limited , and food was ok had the grilled cheese sandwich as well as chips and salsa . Would stop in again if at the crossing. We almost missed this place as we rarely shop on that side of the crossings - but glad we found it !Thanks for the wonderful shout out.The Tasting Room opened April 2019 and is a new addition to the fun Barley Creek has been trying to create for our guests since opening the Original Barley Creek just up the road in 1995 - It's a work in progress - and the team is excited make it work and surprise everyone bold enough to check us out. Cheers - Trip R.

At night we could no see the lake which is supposed to be very nice. The food was good. the atmosphere was "bar-like", and the service was good. A real laid-back country place in the middle of nowhere. Nice for a change.

We stopped here after a visit to a local winery. The service was excellent as was the food. The 20% off of the food between 4pm and 5pm was an added perk as was the complimentary dessert that day (for us since we were âreturnâ customers after a two year absence. It wasnât crowded when we arrived (10 minutes late but it was not an issue for them) but did begin to âfill upâ by the time we were leaving. We will definitiely will return but it wonât take two years this time.

Gives me diarrhea, but I mean it's fried chicken...it's totally worth it. You know what you're in for...Only have gone through drive through, make sure you ask for that damn 10 piece special!

Sad excuse for a diner! My taco salad was a stale shell with lettuce and flavorless meat microwaved to melt the cheese. The salsa was still frozen solid in the cups. Yuck!!! Nothing fresh here!! Will not return with much better options nearby.

It is a typical diner situation and while the server was friendly she did not know very much about the menu and items on it. My soup was good but not very hot. Since this was our first visit, we probably will give it another try. it was just average for us.

I've been going to the Meadow Brook Diner for years. The service is awesome, prices are reasonable and the food is great! (Note: They do not accept credit cards, cash only.)
