We stayed at the resort in a cabin for 3 nights and ate twice in the restaurant. The staff was great and the food was good. We tried steaks, which were cooked perfect and delicious, wings were also good.

We found Patty Joe's while driving through Bluefield one afternoon and are very glad we did! It's unassuming on the outside but cozy and delightful inside. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Everything was delicious and homemade. Be sure to try the shrimp po boy and onion rings! We left with full stomachs and a smile. We'll definitely be back!Ty Hotrod for giving us a try. We were on a motorcycle trip of the mountains and we had the job of finding a place for dinner. I found Its the Pits and the food looked amazing. Nathaniel was so accommodating. After working all afternoon he came to our hotel and along with his Mom and Dad brought us the best BBQ I have had in a long time. They were so accommodating and friendly. We ate everything they had brought for our group of 20. They were shocked at how much we ate but it was so good and the variety was great that it was hard to decide what to eat. On our way back we considered coming back just to have Its the Pits again, sadly our route didn't work out. Thanks again we will definitely find you the next time we are in VA!!

Been wanting to support this place because it is local and Iâve heard good things about it. The food and service were good and there were some different selections. Loaded fries had pimento cheese and jalapeño. I was skeptical but they were good! I had the chicken sandwich. Very pretty place. Parking is a few steps away so you have to walk across the street. Not fast food - but much better.

It was "okay" as far as Applebee's goes. Service was VERY SLOW and they brought me ice cream in a hot bowl!! I guess out of the dishwasher. Not good!!

We were in the area for a softball state tournament. Both times we went to the restaurant we had at least 30 or more people with us. The management greeted us with great enthusiasm. Most of the staff interacted with our girls and the parents and the manager even sang happy birthday to one of our girls. Even the other customers there treated us great and wished us luck. The food was wonderful for breakfast and lunch and we would surely return to Bob Evans if ever in the area again. If your looking for a great place to eat and wonderful service, this is your place.

I visited home (Pocahontas, Virginia) last week and a friend asked me here to breakfast. I had already eaten lunch there on Monday but gladly went back. Food was great and we had a good time. I even went back one more time to have another great hot dog!!
