We stopped in this morning with our friends (4 of us) for a latter breakfast. There is a breakfast bar with assorted items but we all ordered from the menu. My wife and our friends ordered Veggie Omelettes and I got the Spanish Omelette. I also had Biscuit and Sausage Gravy and home fried taters. Everything came to the table hot and pretty darn quick. All the Omelettes were very good (said everyone). I thought mine was really good, the taters were perfect and the biscuit with gravy...OMG...KILLER!!! The biscuit was light, fluffy and tender and YUMOLA! Service was just so down home friendly!!! And prompt!I give BR a two thumbs up! Best biscuits in Blairsville!

They offer menu or buffet options. Employees are very friendly and helpful and food on buffet or off the menu is very good. The buffet comes with a meat ( choice of 3 ) and 2 vegetables, a drink and a dessert for $6.95. Service is excellent. They have a small gift shop in the front. Parking is free and the restaurant is located near shopping in town.

A real wood fired Southern BBQ joint!
Locals and visitors enjoy the country flavors and smell of the cooking ribs. Also, you can have chicken. Even if you are not a big fan of this country most have, I can assure you, you and your family will enjoy the food, ambience and courtesy. Donât forget to try the bourbon pecan pies, Yummy!A plus, you can call in and ask for a takeout and enjoy your order in the comfort of your home or a picnic.Thank you, AnaLuisa28, for your excellent review. How incredibly flattering of you to make positive note of our relaxed environment, delicious food, and amazing pie. We strive to keep great customers like you coming back again and again. Thanks for your recommendation, AnaLuisa28!!

We are a Golf Course Restaurant with the Best "View" in all of North Georgia. We offer in house dining Monday through Saturday from 11-8pm. We also offer Catering and Room Rentals for your Family or Business functions.
I ordered the house salad, house cut fries, and twin lobster tails. The salad and fries were both good but the onion rings my wife had were so tough you could barely chew them. You should be able to take a bite of a good onion ring without pulling the onion completely out of the breading but not these. I realize that you canât expect lobster tails that had been frozen to be like a fresh lobster. These however were tough and tasteless and the butter for dipping had a bad taste. It was a very expensive meal for such poor quality!

I thought long & hard about how many stars to give the Flying Trout . Average was not quite right and it was not "very good" either . The inside is very large with high ceilings and it has that lodge feel . We had dinner on a rainy night and was surprised they were not busy at all . The menu is nice with a few dinner specials available . I had a cocktail which was average at best and the wife had a glass of wine . We ordered the spinach artichoke app and it was average , what you would get at a place like Fridays . My burger was good but I couldn't tell if it was the brisket mix it said it was or ground chuck . Cooked the way I ordered it with some good homemade chips . My wife had the fried chicken special , it was good , not great . We took home the blueberry cobbler for later and threw it away because the topping was so salty . The service is good with a very friendly staff . I was in food service for many years and believe I have a good knowledge of food and I really wish "good" was an option , because The Flying Trout is good , not average .

The Hole in the wall has been a staple in Blairsville since 1931 serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Where great homemade food and authentic Southern hospitality meet.
Expect a small, crowded, country resturaunt, with an excellent breakfast. Expect a hot, fresh, well prepared dish and very good service. Not a relaxing environment, rather hurried, due to the crowds but among the best food anywhere around.... Try it!!!

Blairsville's Skillet Cafe is a family owned business. We have been serving meals in Blairsville, GA for 10+ years! We serve breakfast, lunch, and now dinner with a large range of options. Featuring farm to table fresh veggies grown locally here in Blairs
This is the same location for what used to be Steve's Steakhouse or some similar name. We visited in August. The loaded potato soup was fair, the salad comes with lots of lettuce in a big bowl, the grilled chicken strips were not as good as cracker barrel's. The chili was said to be good, cheeseburger - good, They have thick buns, and the french fries were good. The drinks don't come with the meal, that's extra.Tues - Thurs 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We must have visited on a Friday because they happen to be open when we arrived after most the other places were closed already. According to the menu, they serve breakfast all day of the hours they are open.

The Sawmill Place is a Farm to Table cabin eatery nestled in the North Georgia Mountains just outside of scenic Blairsville, Ga. It serves breakfast and lunch.
Very clean and welcoming, family owned and managed farm to table restaurant. We eat there every time we visit Blairsville and have always enjoyed our breakfast or lunch. We were in Murphy and asked someone where the best breakfast was and they recommended Saw Mill Place. When we told them it did not show up in our searches of Murphy, they gave us directions to Blairsville and guaranteed us the drive was worth it.
