On a family visit to Bay Minette, my husband and I stopped by Hardee's for a quick breakfast, before heading out into the countryside. The food was good, but the morning service crew was better. They were friendly, and cheerful, which is something you don't often see in a fast food place. We were glad we stopped.
Firstly, where is the bathroom? It's not inside. Didn't see it outside. Secondly, if the bathroom isn't accessible, how are your customers supposed to wash their hands??I must admit that the chicken was great. We ate it with plastic ware and napkins. We used wet napkins to wash up before and after eating. So, if you believe the old adage "finger lickin' good", you will love this location. Just make sure that you wash your hands before you get there.
If you've been to one Waffle House, you've been to them all. Looking for something a little different and wanting some vegetables, I ordered the "all the way" hashbrowns minus the chili. (Otherwise they'd have come with chili and gravy - eeeuuuwww!) They came loaded with toppings, including vegetables, meat and sausage gravy. I would recommend going easy on the gravy, as they put a good cup or two on my small order of potatoes. The mushrooms were canned rather than fresh, and the tomatoes were likewise. It was a good breakfast but was very heavy. I probably wouldn't order it again simply because I do care that my arteries aren't completely clogged. I will say that the orange juice was very good and came in a large glass.
Eric's Place has good sandwiches, and their lunch menu frequently offers different varieties of meats and vegetable dishes. The weekend steak for two deal is worth a visit. Eric knows how to cook a great steak!

A nice change from burgers and chicken. I especially like the brisket. The mayo and cheese are a little over the top although you can have them omitted. Service is generally good and orders usually right.

Was great!! Food was great, service was great. Only thing I didnt like and maybe im just old fashioned- I find nose and lip rings/jewelry repulsive and unprofessional- and our waiter had them. If was my business, I would insist staff adorn professional appearance

Teresa's specializes in Smoked BBQ & other high quality hand-made food. We make everything from scratch, and time is our secret ingredient. We have pulled pork, beef brisket, chicken, several grilled sandwiches and other southern foods. Teresa won the #1
Found Teresa's on TA and stopped by while on a trip from Point A to Point B. Wow, that's just flat out good BBQ. Server recommended baby backs so I had those with a few slices of brisket coupled with beans and mac-n-cheese sides. Washed it down with a sweet tea. Everything was delicious. Obviously the locals like it as well. You need to try it.

We enjoyed a shrimp poboy and the small hamburger. There was plenty of shrimp in the poboy as it took awhile of eating them before one could close the sandwich. The hamburger was made to order. Service was friendly. The restaurant building is showing its age.

Our menu encompasses a great variety of original seafood and local favorites. Ranging from shrimp, fish, crab claws, and crawfish, we also provide po-boys, chicken, and sandwiches for land lovers. Don't forget about our specialty Roasted Red Pepper Bama S
Most items on the menu were fried (even the crab). The coleslaw was good. The shrimp tacos (shrimp was not fried) had just some kind of green leaf vegetable and a thin dressing. Nothing spicy. Waitress was the most inattentive I've had for a while. Definitely local flavor but this is a chain restaurant in the southeast. Super casual atmosphere...roll of paper towels on the table and utensils in a paper sleeve.
