Hubby had shrimp scampi. He said it was wonderful. His wedge salad was a little different in that it was romaine lettuce, not iceberg. Bue he said it was good. I ordered the Beef Short Rib Pasta.... Mixed feelings. I would have been soooo happy if the tender, tender short ribs had been in a tomato based sauce. This was in a sauce that reminded me of hubby's scampi.....it was angel hair pasta with a "mushroom' based sauce. I think they take the same sauce and adapt it. This would have been dreamy in a great tomato sauce, rich with mushrooms, and maybe a heavier pasta. What I got was ok. I ate until I was full but wouldn't order it again. Great restaurant. Good food. Maybe made the wrong choice.

We waited for a long time to get two bowls of oatmeal. The waiter said something about it taking a long time in the morning to boil the water. Odd! The oatmeal was good once it arrived.

Brew Pub offering house made craft beers and upscale casual dining, thoughtfully sourced food made in a scratch kitchen
We ate dinner here one day and it was so amazing we came back for lunch the next day! The fried artichokes starter was incredibly tasty and fried to perfection. Their pizza had a very light and thin dough, the sauce was well seasoned, and the toppings were super fresh. The next day, we both had grass fed beef burgers on brioche buns. Truly this was the best burger Iâve ever tasted. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his beers and the second one he had was an award winner. Their wait staff was very attentive and the decor is beautiful. If you are anywhere near Oakhurst be sure to visit South Gate Brewing Company!

Visited during a recent trip to Yosemite, and I was very impressed. The special was recommended by the staff - a large baked sweet potato filled with cheese, green onions and a choice of meat (I chose the pulled pork). Sometimes sweet potato can be a little overwhelming, but I have to say this was the best meal I've had at a BBQ place! Would definitely recommend to others, and I'll be back if I'm in the area again.

Bass Lake, June 19, 2018, Our family vacation included a weekly but very comfortable 115hp Patio Boat rental from Miller's Landing. We have spent the last three years in a row enjoying the Lake swimming from their fine rental boats. Along the South side of Bass Lake, there really is nothing better for us, a much more peaceful, serene and less congested section of the Lake (Miller's Landing and surrounding area remind us a little of the film Back to the future!). A delightful plus, Miller's Landing staff will actually deliver your food order to your rental boat!

We enjoyed many meals on Ducey's porch overlooking Bass Lake during our stay at The Pines. Every dish was well prepared, especially salads and the corned beef Rueben on fresh rye bread. The french fries are worth every calorie! The servers treated our young grandchildren very well.

Had breakfast here on our way to Yosemite. It was like stepping back in time. We sat at the counter and enjoyed the sights and sounds of the bustling diner. Food was terrific! Large portions and delicious. Staff was friendly and even made some recommendations for things to do in the Bass Lake area. Iâll definitely stop here again when I am in the area.

Had a main meal and breakfast here. The main meal was fine, yes it is pricey but the whole of America it seems is pricey. Perhaps its just the tourist areas. I paid 20 dollars for an egg roll and coffee the other day!! Anyway back to breakfast which I remember having granola, which was lovely.
