Lambert's of Taos is a family-owned full service, upscale establishment serving Contemporary American cuisine in an elegant but relaxed setting. We are one of the few establishments in town that serves cocktails in addition to beer and wine. Upstairs we h
On previous stops in Taos, we've walked past Lambert's, not having any idea of what was waiting inside. Last night, though, we were in for a glorious treat. Though we had no reservation (you'll want to make one) we were still able to be offered dinner in either of the two bars and chose the downstairs bar that had a kiva fireplace, a few tables and also nice seating at the bar itself. Staff were amazingly attentive and friendly, we felt truly pampered at our fireside table. The menus are excellent. Our LYFT driver assured us we'd be dining at the best restaurant in town and that's exactly how we felt. Not usually a person impressed by salad dressing, I have to say the Gorgonzola Herb dressing on our Hydro Bibb Wedge was beyond delicious. For our entrees, both were what we were craving, beautiful to look at and cooked perfectly. We ordered and definitely would recommend:Hydro Bibb Wedge- pickled red onion, gorgonzola, red chile candied bacon, cherry tomatoes, walnuts, gorgonzola herb dressing.Gold Canyon Lamb Loin- moroccan spiced, roasted eggplant puree, bone marrow salsa verde, grilled asparagus.Maple Leaf Farms Grilled Duck Breast- fregola with Salazar tasso ham, wilted summer greens, pickled peach relish.Creme Brûlée for dessert. We order creme brûlée, anywhere it's offered and this was the BEST we've had, yet.Thank You Lambert's staff, so much, our evening was beautiful, comfortable and absolutely delicious. We will be back.

Taos Mesa Brewing is a microbrewery, restaurant & indoor/outdoor "brewclub" on the spectacular Taos Mesa. We feature hand-crafted beer on draught, wine, delicious homemade food, premier live music & the best mountain-view sunsets in Taos, New Mexico.
We were staying at Hotel Luna Mystica so figured weâd try TMB for dinner. The menu was limited. And it was only so-so. The roasted beet salad was a whole ton of spinach and previous few beets. The tacos were okay. The calabacitas (sautéed squash) was the menu highlight. We donât drink beer so weâre pleased to see wine and some wine based cocktails available.

We are in Taos for a bridge competition and don't like the hotel breakfast, so went wandering this morning for something else. Came across this diner. Very pleasant ambiance, equally pleasant and efficient staff. Our food was typical breakfast fare - eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, toast, coffee and tea. Portions were sizable, everything was served promptly and hot, and we would happily go back.

My husband and I had dinner here twice on our 3 night stay in Taos. The setting is lovely. Service excellent. We had the quesadilla, tamale, tacos and poblano and a glass of wine. All were flavorful and delicious and felt special...things we could never make this way at home. Reservations are a must.

This is a very small restaurant with a small staff, but we received lots of attention. The food was fresh and original, and carefully prepared. The smoked salmon flatbread was light and crispy; the smoked salmon tacos stand out in a town where you can find a lot of fish tacos. Excellent desserts, too.Did I mention the jaw-dropping view of the Pueblo lands and Taos Mountain?

Check out my lunch ~ Picadillo Bison Empanadas: Bison, raisins, tomatoes, onions, Kalamata olives, and spices, simmered in a sweet and savory sauce, baked into a pastry dough crust. Served with a side salad.Simply delicious! Our waitress was such a thoughtful individual with a wonderful energy and provided some great suggestions to stop at in Taos. We weren't in a rush and loved the laid back pace.p.s. Easy to miss on the left when you're on 64 heading South/East - in the back of the other shops so keep a look out and turn around if you go to far!Be well LipstickWarriors

This is in a walk orientated quaint one of a kind small town Arroyo Seco, north west of Taos. The cafe has nice outdoor seating but limited in door as it is in a health foods/organic market. The food was organic vegetarian and higher quality animal products mixed but great care and quality in it's preparation and presentation. A +. Highly recommend but easier to walk to than to find parking but as I mentioned very quaint garden style and artistic with character not seen often anymore, little town.

medley is the last name of chef/owners Colleen & Wilks â it's also a philosophy. medley. offers something good, for everyone: modern spins on nostalgic classics, craft cocktails and innovative desserts. Meet friends and family in our dining room, or join
Medley delivers quality and value. We have eaten here on two or three occasions and always been happy with setting, service, food and value. The last time we went with family, we had the most amazing desert ever, a kind of re-envisioned, taken apart and put pack together, tiramisu--beautiful to look at and a wow to eat. We also had the lemon souffle, wonderful as well. A great place with a casual sophistication rarely found outside of major urban centers. Go!

Unfortunately this restaurant did not live up to it's hype. We were looking forward to a dinner here and it was just not worth the time. Under staffed magnified the problem as several other tables were as frustrated as we were. They were likely short staffed in the kitchen as well as the food was very uninspired. and sat on the heating table too long. Too bad as this is a beautiful location in a nice rural area away from the crowds.

ACEQ provides a wonderful farm to table experience with locally sourced items prepared with care and served with service as the key. We were welcomed to this quaint spot and seated promptly as we had called ahead for a reservation. Our server and others attended to all of our needs. Three in our group chose a beautifully prepared pork chop. A fourth person chose a delicious looking chicken and rice dish. We all left happy and satisfied.
