Stopped in on our way from up north back to the city. The place was full on a sunny Sunday afternoon. That Is a great indication of a great local place to go!We sat at the bar. Excellent, friendly bartender. Could not believe how many staff this place had, no shortage of friendly workers. While having a beer at the bar, I saw an old familiar face. It turns out a high school friend (and his wife) owns River Inn Bar & Grill. How cool is that?!"I ordered a Patty Melt with French Fries. The beef patty on the sandwich was one of the best I have had in a long time. It was fresh and juicy, perfectly cooked. My wife's cheeseburger was equally delicious.Looks like we have discovered our next frequent grill enroute to and from the lake place up north. Definitely will be back again and again!
Stopped in for a lunch time Cold Cut Combo $ 4.60 with Extra Meat $1.50 = $ 6.10, kinda spendy. Fast service and clean location lots of booths and tables outside.

I liked this place, it was a straightforward bar that serves food. I had the fried chicken which was pretty good. I was also very happy to see that they served regular Coors beer which seems to be a rarity these days. I hope to try their pizza someday.

We go to space aliens every few months. The kids enjoy playing the games and getting the prizes. Most of the games and prizes are geared towards kids 10 and under.Service is good but food is mediocre. The quality of ingredients seems low. Burgers have been dry and pizza is bland. I have tried a few other things and never been impressed with the food. Neat atmosphere though.

We enjoyed breakfast recently. It looked really busy when we arrived, the hostess indicated a 10 minute wait to be seated. It only took about 5 minutes, and we were seated and had our coffee. the Strawberry pancakes were really good, as were the Crab Cake Eggs Benedict. We will return!

Very friendly, always busy place! Rather loud at times. They cater to large groups--our neighbors go once a month.

Andys has the best pizza in the area in my opinion. The prices are comparable to other places but the taste of Andys is a step above the others.

We were looking for dinner on the way to âthe lakeâ and this place came up in our search. Itâs a relatively new place, with great open space and high ceilings which help to absorb sound. Itâs good for conversation. The service was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. There is an interesting array of cocktails, including some without alcohol. The wine list is well thought out with good suggestions for food pairings. We had a started of flash fried Brussels sprouts with pickled shallot and a wonderful savory âTennesseeâ hot sauce and a creme fraiche and horseradish sauce. The flash frying in very hot oil made them surprisingly light. For entrees, my partner enjoyed an excellent (by his account) pulled pork sandwich with the best French fries Iâve had in a while. When my partner asked for some sour cream and horseradish dipping sauce and they happened to have some. I enjoyed bucatini puttanesca with buratta that was also prepared at a high standard. The wine list had an old favorite, the Pinot noir from Amity vineyards in Oregon. Itâs about the last stop on the road that follows the Willamette Valley wineries and was just as rich and fruity with plum and black cherry as I remembered. (I tasted; my partner finished it off.)The dessert was a burned butter rhubarb cake. This was a small bit of cake topped with vanilla ice cream, surrounded by strawberry rhubarb sauce and decorated with almond brittle. This was an excellent meal by people who are loving their job and putting that love and joy into the food. We will certainly return in our next trip to the lake! Our Team truly appreciates your kind words + support Stephen.Such comments are a source of motivation for our Team.We look forward to your return visit.MSF Team

This is pretty much a typical sports bar type restaurant. Overall, the food was pretty much average. The service, however, was good. I cannot say anything really stuck out about this place, except for the fact when we left, we had to go through a maize to find our main highway. Maybe I just did not see an easier exit.Thank you for your comments and for choosing DMB's. Hwy19 next to us will be redone next year and will make exiting much easier. I am sorry you didn't enjoy our relaxing Northwoods atmosphere.
