Things to do in Kiambu
It is with great trépidation that I write this review. I have been happily enjoying keeping Pork Pit to my greedy self.5The tiny restaurant is located on the main road and easy to find. As you can guess from the name: everything is pork. Wet fry, choma, dry fry, chinese style, ribs, burgers etc. Accompaniments include mukimo, French fries, bhajia and veg.On our first visit, we tried Chinese style and dry fry. Which is basically cooked pieces in a soy sauce based, green pepper sauce, with chili. The dry fry is not oily or deep fried as you would imagine but grilled on a flat top grill. Delicious. On the 2nd visit, we ordered wet fry, which again is cooked on the flat top in a savory bbq style, finger licking, thick sauce. The meat is ridiculously tender and falling off the bone. I ordered and picked up my delivery to enjoy at home. The ambience is very cool and modern, with lots of young couples and groups enjoying their food on the unique wooden platters. Drinks are reasonably priced and the service is efficient. My only negative, delivery is essentially non existent. An investment into a couple of bike riders would mean increasing my orders from twice a month to weekly! Highly recommended.
Enjoy a variety of light meals, sweet temptations and beverages, served in our #cafe. In addition, we offer conference facilities with buffet lunch and also cater for cocktails and corporate functions. Enjoy a refreshing drink from our Sundowner bar while
The design of the restaurant and the hotel lobby area is light and airy. We started off with drinks by the small swimming pool terrace area, but had our meal in the restaurant when it became too windy. The staff are friendly and accommodating, but the kitchen is letting them down. Our meals were either burnt or tasteless, but they made it up with complementary dessert for all of us. I would try it again, though.I liked the fact that it was not busy so we had loads of privacy.

I really loved this restaurant in Nairobi. I use to order vegetarian platter every time I visited this place. A single platter is more than enough for two people. It is also value for money. The ambience is typical of most of the restaurants in Kenya. Calm, serene, simple with loads of greenery. I would definitely recommend to try it while in Kenya.
CJâs, a fully fledged restaurant specializing in delivering a relaxed and memorable dining experience. Weâre currently in 12 locations; 3 in Nairobi, 8 in Kampala and 1 in Entebbe. Each location features a unique ambience with tasteful decor, specially de
Have been eating in CJâs in Village Market since they opened and have also tried their City Centre brunch quite a few times. All the food, service is very very consistent and value for money which is very hard to find in Nairobi. The portions are the biggest in any restaurant or cafe in Nairobi. Theyâre very accommodating if you want something different, like this afternoon, I wanted chicken Tenders without chips and the young waitress offered Veg instead which was brilliant. Tea Masala is beautiful..... Great Service, Excellent food, excellent portions, value for money..... very pleased. We all love coming here asa family.

Long wait while the restaurant is empty, horrible steaks and starters. The only thing that I managed to eat was mash potatoes

We offer indoor and outdoor dining. Outdoor dining options are aplenty, either on our terrace or 'Down Thyme' garden. If the weather is a bit chilly we offer jikos to warm you up, or dine inside next to our cosy fireplace.
Nice location without any doubts. I found the food expensive for the quality served. Service was goodDear PmiglietThank you for taking the time to write a review. We take great pride in our menu and believe we offer our customers high quality and good value food and drinks. It is regretful that the food may not have been to your personal taste but we are happy that you enjoyed the ambiance and service.Kind regards
I have had my worst experience yet here. Service was really slow and there appeared to be only one member of staff serving customers. The food was not really good. I have had better, still at Java. This specific restaurant has to improve.
Loswani Place is a family style restaurant that is good for kids, corporate groups, private party or just individuals looking to relax over great food and drinks

The restaurant has a view over the valleys, serving locally grown, healthy food to match all budgets.
Had some bittings here before heading out to zip line. The restaurant has a great view of the forest and one of the zips can be watched from the restaurant which is great since you get a feel of the actual activity. They have a buffet for 1000 ksh, which was serving mostly Indian food the day we were there.Nice place to relax before and after the activitiesWe appreciate your compliments, thank you CatMunywoki, welcome back!
