The food and selections were very good. Friendly and helpful staff along with fair prices. Have been here once before and would comeback again.

I had a great meal at this Dairy Queen in Tomah. The lady there was so very nice. I recommend this place for lunch anytime.

Very good smoked/bbq meat. Flavorful and juicy. I've been impressed with the sides I've tried, too. Flavorful. The collards and green beans were delicious and reminded me of back home along the Eastern Shore. Also have had potato salad, slaw, corn, & other. Good flavor and texture. Goes well with the meats. I've done take-out, but would be comfortable eating in. Casual but attractive. Place order at counter and they call you or get you. Also has outside seating in season. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Service was fast. What a wonderful addition to our area.

Amazing food and even amazing young staff!
We ordered a takeaway of Dumplings and Chowmein for hubby and mixed veggie with rice for baby and mommy!
Piping hot, delicious food and amazing quantity.
Everyone was courteous and very friendly. Hubby forgot his cellphone and as we were about to drive, one of the girls came running towards us. Couldn't thank her enough!
This seemed like a family-run restaurant with rest professionalism! Oh and must mention - spotlessly clean restaurant!
Kudos!

I ordered the same menu item at two different Perkins restaurants. One had real potatoes and the other had potatoes. I won't go as far as to say instant. But that was how they tasted. Disappointed.

The Ground Round Grill & Bar, with its two-room concept, provides an atmosphere and menu that is inviting to families and fun for adults too. We offer a substantial broad-based menu with a high quality/good value relationship for our guests. In addition we are one of the few family oriented restaurants where adults can enjoy full liquor service with their meals. Our lounge is a casual alternative where adults can relax, meet friends, watch the game, and enjoy the same full service menu.
Stopped here for dinner on a Friday evening. Many Carson the parking area but still many available dining spots and wow were seated immediately. The food was very good and the couches were good with choices ranging from what you would expect from a restaurant with the name Ground Ro7nd to Tex-Mex, chicken, fish, flatbread pizza and more. The food came to the table quickly was pretty tasting and warm. The strange thing is that from the time we sat down our thoughts were that the main job of our server was to get our table freed up. As I said things were brought to the table quickly, way too quickly. As we were sitting, we were asked what we wanted to drink. I didn’t know there was a drink menu until we quickly received our drinks. Some of us had side salads which were delivered quickly. I should note that we were constantly being told the numbers of minutes it would take to get the next items to the table. We were asked an uncountable number of times how things were going - so many that it got very irritating. We were told to take our time and that we weren’t being rushed but actions sure didn’t seem to fit that. I never pointed it out to the server but I cringed each time the cash register key card attached to our servers wrist hovered over my or someone else’s glass and cameclose to dipping into the liquid we were drinking. Come on!! Appt opriately wjen we left the door was held open by a worker which I seemed a fitting way to say we finally got you to leave. We have relatives in the are a who enjoy this place but not sure if I would return. Maybe only if I need a quick meal.

Stopped for lunch today while visiting Tomah. I ordered the potato soup and a half of a ham and cheese sandwich. It was excellent. The service was very good, and our waitress was very friendly! My husband had a burger, coleslaw and fries, and he said it was very good. I get so tired of expensive chain restaurants, with food that has no taste. I prefer mom and pop places anyday!

After trying this place while staying in Tomah a couple of years ago, decided to stop for lunch while on our way to Green Bay because it was so good. The last time we ate here we had pizza and it was great. They have a pizza buffet for lunch which looked really good but opted to just have the soup and salad bar without the pizza. The soup was delicious, the salad was fresh and crisp with all the toppings and it was plenty filling. The only down side was there was only one waitress and she was really busy and couldn't stay on top of pop refills and getting our bill to us when we were ready to leave. But would definitely recommend this for lunch or dinner.

This quick food mart is unbelievable in its selections. You name it and they have it from coffee, expreso drinks, sausages, hotdogs, nachos, soda pop, milk shakes, deserts, pies, cookies, etc.. I loved the 32 ounce soda pop for only fifty cents.
