Family-owned and operated ensures that everything is clean and comfortable. Relaxed and inviting - excellent food without all the fuss of "fancy"!
I loved the snack shack! We ate there every day when I was in PG last week. Great food, greater family that runs the shack. April and her family are so down to earth and helpful with recommendations for PG. Definitely stop by the Snack Shack when you're down in PG!

Actually the restaurant was closed, as Joycelyn had friends for a little party coming in. but she accepted us for dinner, and four beers and two hours later we really got our dish (no menue, no choice) with breaded fishrolls, a large tortilla and beans, together with a spicy yellow ginger sauce. it was very tasty, and we enjoiyed the long waiting time.

Good restaurant in front of the ocean.Good food and quite large choice, there is the possibility to make some changes in the dishes according to your needs.
I lived in PG for about a year and a half so i learned all of the places to get good food and this place is one of the greatest. Their breakfast is delicious, they have the best fry jacks (if you have never had a fry jack you have to try Ms. Bella's!) And at lunch you can never go wrong. I always got the fry fish with rice and beans. It was $7BZ and they give you so much food I was never able to finish everything.
It is not easy to get here. My guess is that you need to make special arrangements We came by boat from Payne's Creek as part of a group of 12 to visit the local school, and this beach-side shack opened up for us. As I recall we had snapper, beans and rice, cole slaw and some delicious fudge that I believe was made from coconuts. The food was some of the the best I had on my visit, and the open air atmosphere was wonderful.
