Talk about quick. An iPad takes your order and then you get you food. Sushi quality is OK. Not the best but canât beat the price. The majority of the clientele are either foreigners or younger adults who probably can not afford the better sushi. Lines can build up after 6:30 so best to go early. We had no wait to get in but by the time we left there were at least 30 people waiting.

Super nice staff and food! There are set menus for different prices depending how much you wanna sploosh. Or then to take the ala carte option. Cool vibe inside and always full!! Consider making a reservation or just head to the restaurant very early before it gets busy. Will def come again

I won't duplicate the reviews of how great the katsu is at this place, it's wonderful. But part of the experience is sitting downstairs at the counter and watching the cooks in action. You don't want to sit upstairs, you want to sit downstairs at the counter. So we got there around 3:45 pm, before they opened at 4 pm. The line had started to form, we were maybe 5th in line (see photo). By the time they opened at 4 pm, there were enough people in line to fill up the entire counter. If you get there later, you have to wait until seats open up.We were the only Anglos at the counter, what a great way to experience a local Tokyo restaurant. Especially at the counter!

Hard to say anything bad about this place. All you can eat beef (we went for the beef tongue course) and pork, along with a great assortment of vegetables and noodles, make this a surefire way to fill up for the day. Service was amazing, especially Nishabh. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.My name is Nishabh . I was your serverThankyou so much for your compliment ! Went there with a friend. Both of us got the 8 Meat-Type meal which included some sides.The meat was amazing, but also the sides like kimchi, seaweed, tofu and roast beef.In the end we also got a wagyu sushi and ice cream each, which also where amazing.

This is the third time we have been here and every time we love it! It has large menu with lots of options at a very reasonable price, we are always pleasantly surprised with how cheap it ends up being! The food is amazing and has some of the best karaage I've had. The staff are friendly and welcoming and has a great atmosphere! Definitely recommend this place!Be warned - A person from another restaurant may come up to you as you're walking towards Tengu Sakaba and ask if you have a reservation, if you say no they will then try to convince you that their restaurant is much better and guilt trip you into going there. DON'T! It's awful!! We fell for it once, and luckily once we got up there we turned around and went back to Tengu Sakaba and had a great dinner in an awesome place!
