This is a wonderful two-story open-air bar on the top of the hill over looking Parlatuvier Bay and the ocean. The views are amazing and the owners are extremely helpful with anything you'd need in the Parlatuvier village. They will help you with anything
If you are getting to know Tobago bye car and are driving around this beautiful Island you will pas bye Glasgow's Bar. And you just have to stop and let the once who are not driving take an Ice Cold beer in this amazing spot! And enjoy the amazing view while enjoying the cold beer!!They do also serve good food next door you can enjoy here!!
What wonderful people Bingi and Hazel are - they really made our stay at a local self catering cottage (Blue Mango) so great. They have an astonishing array of basic groceries and they are, in a country where nobody buys fresh fruit or veggies because they have them growing at home, the only place in Castara to get pineapples, avocados, tomatoes - fresh produce of any sort! Hazel also bakes if you order the day before, banana bread or coconut bread ("Whatever is left over").
Me and my friend was having a walk in Castara one morning, and randomly came across this place. There is a woman (Ria) who serves breakfast from 07.30-11.00 every morning. She is the sweetest! And her cooking is really good. We ended up having breakfast here for the most of our stay in Castara. When we go back to Tobago, we will most definety go to this place for breakfast again. They also have a bbq on thursday nights from 19.00, there is always a lot of people, so be early! When we were there, I had chicken and my friend had pig-tail- and it was delicious.

Two couples ate here one evening in a quiet atmosphere with no other diners present. Service was very quick and pleasant. We had lobster, coconut garlic mahimahi and stewed beef. We were all quite happy with our meals. They do not serve alcohol, but allow you to bring in your own. As it was raining when we finished our meals, they let us wait out the rain for a good hour before they closed up. Lamentably, a puncheon luncheon sidetracked our plans to return for another dinner two days later. Will definitely be back next year. Reasonably priced.

Inexpensive option right on the beach. Lots of seating upstairs. Plates are arranged beautifully and the hostess/chef was the sweetest. We were the only ones eating lunch in low season and had a great meal. The Mahi Mahi dish was superb - fresh and perfectly prepared. I would skip grilled pork next time...a bit too well done and rubbery for our taste.

Open daily from 11am-10pm. For reservations call 687-7711. Castara Retreats Scenic Restaurant with spectacular views of the beach and ocean, on our terraced pavilion deck. We offer a range of home-made foods from fresh fish and quality steak to hand-made
One evening we were having trouble finding a place to eat and ended up at Caribbean Kitchen (June seems like a sleepier time in Castara than our typical month to visit : January). Enjoyed our meals thoroughly 2 of us had griddled prawns in an amazing coconut sauce and one of us had the grilled snapper. We were quite happy with our meals.

Have been going here for reviews. Have recently invested money and improved the ambience inside. Add mist sprays which are amazing in the hot weather! New chef is very good and food was excellent. Lovely friendly staff too. Beautiful setting on the beach. Great choice of cocktails too.
