Best ice cream anywhere! Love this place. Food is good too, the ice cream is amazing! Large portions, cheap prices. Looks very clean and tidy too. Rocking chair is nice touch :-)

The Coffee Pot is a newer restaurant in downtown Tionesta that is in the home of the old Soda Cap Restaurant. Upon arrival at the restaurant it looked very pleasing with many nice staff members. The atmosphere is a little dingy looking with exposed florescent lights along the right wall, which were quite bright. On the other hand though they did has some beautiful wood sculptures. Everything was stellar until the waitress came to take our order. There is no menu so you have to get up from your seat and walk to the entrance to look at there many items. I ordered the Pancakes with a side of Sausage. When our waitress returned with our food the portions were small in my opinion and my pancakes where burnt through. The staff is really nice but I think they need to improve there quality of food. On the bright side this is a great place to stop in to get a coffee or a sandwich as they are very good. In conclusion, I would not recommended this restaurant for breakfast but more of just a place to stop and have a coffee or a sandwich.

We have a camp in Tionesta, and like to go out for breakfast. Most times we'll take the drive out to Pleasantville and visit Coal Oil Johnny's - but the Sky Jet has really been good the last couple years as well. Nice decor, staff, very clean, and tasty food. Bonus lots of ice cream options although we haven't tried it. Nice little place to stop if you're in the area.

Listen, the foods pretty good. Wings average, pizza above average, homemade rolls on the subs, very tasty. It's kind of a locals type of place. Don't dress up. Just don't be in a hurry. I ate there twice this past weekend and service, though friendly, was painstakingly slow.

This bar is located up the hill from Tionesta, PA. The bar area is very large, a bit larger than the dining area. Staff is very, very friendly, and the food, mainly pub fair, is fresh tasting and prepared well. Laid back country up here, and beautiful scenery

This is a mountain bar located in the middle of no where...not at all fancy. Make sure you kiss the mouse (I helped to restore it...see the thank-you plaque). Good place to stop if you're on the snowmobile trail to grab a bite & warm up. The fried veggies are also really good.

Home of Pierogiemama located in small town Tionesta in a family atmosphere featuring homemade pierogies served with homemade breakfast and lunch. Charbroiled burgers and chicken. Pierogie breakfast, pierogie sandwiches are unique. Extensive menu. Open 7 days a week 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
We've been going to the "Dinor" since around 2000, and it's been consistently solid for breakfast and we generally stop every few times we're up at our camp in Tionesta. Great location, plenty of parking. Recommend the pancakes, and I don't normally like pancakes.
The pierogies though, which are their claim to fame, are overpriced and lack anything special about them.
Stop in for a reasonably priced meal in a simple backwoods country atmosphere.

Adorable cafe with a big patio and the friendliest staff. Tons of delicious, hearty options. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the lack of any 'lighter' breakfast items: no cereal, oatmeal or yogurt. I kidded with the waitress: "I'm guessing you get a kickback from the local cardiologist".
