Just returned from lunch at the Bull, having been recommended it. We were not disappointed, although the interior of the pub isnât anything to rave about, the food and service was excellent. Limited choice, but I prefer that, food is freshly prepared and plentiful, and the four of us really enjoyed our meals which were beautifully presented. We shall definitely return.

The Foxhound has completely refurbished their restaurant and called it Lazells. We came here for a Sunday lunch, what can I say, the restaurant is stunning the service was excellent and so was the food, one of the few best roasts I have had in a long time. One tip they need bigger plates for the huge portions.very much look forward to returning soon

We are a pub restaurant serving locally sourced home cooked food which is served all every day, we welcome families and dogs and have a large beer garden with a duck pond and lots of outside seating. Sky and BT Sports are available on any of our 4 screens
Around 20 of us went along for a pre booked Christmas meal. We were made very welcome and the service and attention to detail were great. All the food was excellent quality and nicely served. The portions are very generous and the cheeseboard deserves a mention as this was superb. We will all be visiting again.

We popped into the pub for lunch after doing one of the many escape rooms in Gravesend. It is a classic English pub - lots of little rooms but with a nice balcony and outdoor seating by the river. The choice of beers was good - lots of local options. The food was decent. I had a ploughmanâs and cannot complain. The portion was huge! My family had club sandwiches and scampi and were happy. Next to the pub is the Light Vessel 17 which was open to the public. Itâs opening hours are subject to the tide. It was incredibly interesting. So go and do an escape room in the morning, have lunch and a beer at The Three Daws and visit LV17 if itâs open. Sorted.

Didn't expect much when we stopped here for lunch, it was local we were hungry and time was not on our side. We decided to chance it and found the service excellent, food was served hot and fresh, price reasonable. Have been back several times since. It's nice to have this little gem on the doorstep.

The Bell Inn, set in the lovely historic village of Horndon on the Hill, is a 15th Century Coaching Inn run by the same family for over 75 years. The two busy bars have the warm, friendly atmosphere of a 'proper' pub. There's an open fire, numerous ales o
