With many cafes and restaurants in Eisenach's city centre being owned by the same families and offering the same menus and, at times, meh service, this cafe/bistro/restaurant offers a refreshing alternative with authentically Italian food and drinks, a warm and welcoming team, quirky and cosy interior design and an open-minded attitude towards non-Germans! Try the daily specials from the board and a slice of those marvellous tarts - Amazing!

We were both in the mood for Asian food decided for this as it was nearest to our hotel. The menu for this Asian fast food place is absolutely massive with a very wide variety of Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, German, Turkish and Italian things, and some dishes are a mix of several of these things. I was a bit skeptical after reading the menu both because of the very wide variety and the very cheap prices but decided to go in anyway because we didn't want to walk across town again as the weather took a turn for the worse. We came in and were very promptly given menus and the service was really attentive and quick, even though they had a very busy take-away and delivery service that they had to handle as well. My husband ordered the Thai curry soup and lo mein with crispy duck. I ordered Vietnamese soup and lo mein with Döner kebab meat because I though I might as well try it, and with the prices could get something else if I really didn't like it. My soup was excellent, better than some I have had a ârealâ South East Asian restaurants and I liked the combo of the lo mein and Döner, though it was a tad salty. My husband liked his food too, though he though the duck was a bit greasy, but that is often the case with crispy duck even at non fast food places. After we had the food they served us plum wine with wasabi peas and peanuts. All and all for the price, it is probably a much better deal than many places around this resort town.

Hausgemachte Burger mit leckerer Sauce und einzigartigen Brötchen. Das alles in einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Von deftig über scharf, bis hin zu vegetarisch - hier ist für jeden Burgerliebhaber etwas dabei. 110% weiterzuempfehlen.
