Traditional German fare freshly made from scratch & American offerings including steaks, burgers, pizza, soups, salads and an assortment of homemade desserts. Certified Sommelier on staff with a fantastic variety of wines as well as a unique assortment of imported and domestic beers!
This a wonderful all around restaurant but it really stands out for it's German food. All four of us enjoyed our meal and will go back! I had the Goulash beef and pork tips over spaetzle. The sauce was amazing. My wife had the Chicken in the Woods wrap and loved it.

We have eaten here several times during the past year. The meals have been fine, especially the chicken dumpling menu item! The service has been a bit spotty but not inordinately slow. It's become our go to place in Eagle River, if we're looking for a simple but good meal on the go. If the service would be a little better, this review would likely have been a 4-star.

We popped in here after dinner across the street. Adorable little shop with candy I miss from my childhood. Tons of fresh fudge options. Little toys. And ice cream. However, I have to admit I wasn't that big a fan of the ice cream. But they had plenty of good flavors to choose from and an assortment of cones. Would still recommend!

This is our coffee shop. Everything is made fresh. We serve coffee, wine, beer, and food. Our quiche and soups are made from scratch. Try our french toast or waffle with local real maple syrup or one of our delicious sandwiches.
I really like this place. Charming and cozy - very well decorated for the perfect atmosphere. Good food, great coffee, friendly service, fun place to sit. We sat at a window table in what used to be my mother-in-law's old office when it was the...MoreThank you for stopping I hope to see you again.

Eagle Bakery is a small local bakery with friendly service and great quality. I've purchased bread, pastries and also sandwiches here and have not been disappointed. It is so refreshing to have a small local bakery available instead of just mass-produced products at the grocery stores. Well worth the stop!

Specialty Coffee House offering the freshest coffee in the Northwoods. Coffee roasted on premises. Also offering all natural real fruit smoothies, meats, sandwiches, loose leaf teas Grill is open 8-2
I am not a big coffee drinker but I love this place. They have teas as well as coffee. They also have some of the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had. They offer other pastry as well but why bother? There is seating inside or you can get it to go. The location is great to grab a drink on the way to up north adventures.

Convenience Store, boat and snowmobile fuel. Unique breakfast and lunch entrees. Walking distance from Three Lakes Municipal Airport (40-D)
The Sunset Grill has an ideal location, right off of Hwy 32, and on the lake, so you can go by car or boat (plenty of dock space). They also have a bar & grill, ice cream shop, bait & tackle store and Marina (same owners) across the street. Those are the good things. They might also be good for breakfast, but we never had the chance to find out. Our first visit was at noon on Sunday, which is exactly the time they stop serving breakfast--but the board selections looked very good. So we had to order lunch, and this doesn't seem to be their forte', although they have many burgers and other selections on the menu. We were having burgers than evening on the grill so steered away from those and had the following: BLTs, Chicken wrap, a French Dip sandwich, and the chicken wings and fries from the specials board. I ordered the wings and asked if they were Buffalo style. I was told 'no' they were just fried chicken wings, but if I wanted Frank's hot sauce to dip, they would bring a cup. The BLT's were dry as was the wrap, and the French dip was passable, despite a shortcoming of meat. The wings were good, even though I had to dip them myself in the hot sauce. We also ordered the battered onion rings and "Texas toothpicks" a mixture of Jalepeno and Onion straws, battered and fried. Both were dry and over fried. The server was great until it was time for the bill, when she did a disappearing act and I had to chase her down for it, then pay at the bar as she never returned. The next day was Labor Day, and, after our disappointment at Jake's (see separate review), we came here about 10:30. It was packed and we were told by a surly old man (who could have the owner) that it would be at least a 1/2 hour wait, further showing me that this place is for breakfast and not lunch. We then left for the Three Lakes Diner (see separate review) for another disappointment. Maybe they should change the name to the Sunrise Grill (?)

This is a typical of the family type restaurants you find in many towns in Wisconsin. A large breakfast menu, many sandwich and meal choices, with daily specials along with children and senior menus. Food is average to very good, depending on what you order. Service is good, prices are relatively low and in line for this type of restaurant.

After kayaking a scenic portion of the Wisconsin River, my husband and I enjoyed appetizers and a drink at the Honey Bear. My husband's Bloody Mary was massive and even included a funyun among other yummy treats. We enjoyed the atmosphere, everything was tidy and clean and the staff was friendly.
