We enjoyed dinner there on a Thursday night. It was full but the staff were quite efficient in keeping up. I had the fried chicken salad, which was tasty. My colleague had a Reuben which she enjoyed too.

Traveling through the area, my wife and I decided to give Fernanda's a try for dinner. When we arrived, there were just a few other diners, but we did note they were doing a nice, brisk take-out business. We both had their Chicken Marsala, which comes with a salad. The salad was fresh and cold and good. The Marsala was very good as well. It's always nice to find a good restaurant in a small town, and we hope Fernanda's continues to prepare good food for their customers. We recommend them for a nice, Italian meal.

First time visit with some customers. It is a buffet unlike most. I mean that the food is very good! The four of us ordered a variety of meal combinations. All of us thought everything was excellent. The service was overwhelming. The desserts were all home-made and wonderful. I don't usually do buffets, but this one is worth the stop!

We are from Texas and love Mexican food, we like to try new places when we travel. We loved this restaurant. The chips and salsa were fresh and the beef burrito with queso was also very good. The white queso was really excellent and the margaritas were well mixed and not weak like many places. Everything we tried was really good and the waitstaff were friendly and attentive. We will be back on a couple weeks and we will be eating here again!

We needed to grab lunch near the base and knew it is generally easy to veganize Mexican food so stopped in. Easily confirmed the refried beans and white tortillas were lard free and thus vegan suitable. Their menu has a vegetarian section that listed 8 vegetarian options. I actually ordered off the lunch menu and two of us got the fajitas with vegetables instead of animal flesh. Two of us got taco salads made to order with beans, rice and veggies instead of the animal flesh. The four of us agreed our food had good flavor and vegetable combinations and great taste. Meals were cooked promptly.
Staff friendly and cheerful and kept our drinks and chips full without the need to ask. The surroundings were a pleasant and clean, open and cheerful. Our ONLY complaint is the vegetables were cooked in a LOT of oil. This is an amazing gem to find if you need a pleasant vegan meal! We’ll be back!

Some barbeque joints that I have visited are just so-so. Not the case with Poppa's Finest. Their BBQ has a nice smokey flavor and they take care in preparation so as not to include grizzle or other tough parts. Hash is great as well as the other sides. I have not eaten their ribs but notice that they always sell out.

If you're looking for good, southern cooking and the opportunity to try several different dishes Ivery's is the place for you. From fried and baked chicken, Turkey, and roast pork, to greens, fried okra, cabbage, cobbler, corn bread and salad bar besides, there is plenty to find that you'll love. Particularly like the Mac and cheese, their broccoli casserole is cheesy and yummy, be sure to try the pork rinds. Loved it, will return.

Worst meal of the 12 day trip. Absolutely horrible. Don’t ask for two sauces. They look at you like you have two heads. And heaven forbid don’t ask if you can buy only one chicken wing….forbidden fruit. So we ended up with a four piece fried chicken strips, with cold, soggy fries and a piece of Texas toast that seemed to have been toasted a few hours earlier...almost burned. Three of the four pieces of chicken were way over cooked. Give me any fast food chicken place above this place. Will not return and can’t recommend.

The buffet is a simple, yet filling, array of food. The salad bar is always fresh. If you're looking for veggies, go on Sunday for the "country cooking" buffet. Any other night, the bar includes corn on the cob, fried and boiled shrimp, fish, frog legs, and the star - crab legs! The wait staff is always friendly, fast, and attentive. Love this establishment!
