Things to do in Zermatt, Swiss Alps: The Best Sightseeing Tours
When most people think of Zermatt, they think of one thing: The Matterhorn. This ultimate Swiss icon looms over Zermatt, first drawing visitors here in the 1860s. The village of Zermatt itself is lovely and car-free, with old-fashioned brown chalets and winding alleys. (Don’t worry, you don’t have to walk everywhere—there are electric vehicles and horse-drawn cabs.) During a short stay in Zurich we took a two hour city tour with headphone commentary (due to the virus there we no tour guides available). For us, at two hours the tour was just about the right length and the commentary was interesting and informative with a narrative that extended to both the city and national relevance. A word about the driver - he was friendly and just about the best bus/ coach driver I have ever experienced. He navigated the often narrow streets and turnings superbly and was courteous to other drivers and pedestrians. Whilst we thought this was quite an expensive tour, (most things in Zurich are quite expensive), we did very much enjoy it and would certainly recommend it.....

We hiked at a leisurely pace to a point where you could see beyond the mountains what makes you feel huge and tiny at the same time. After lunch with a breathtaking view, small games and interesting information we walked down a narrow forest path to the village and lake, which you can see in the picture. I was able to enjoy nature to the fullest, which felt incredibly good and filled me with gratitude. Mark and Joshua from Myswisspanorama showed us this magical side of Switzerland with their relaxed manner and knowledge about the place and its history. I really recommend this hike to every nature lover.

This was absolutely delightful. We couldn't have had a better time,due to our incredible guide,Ulrich. He was very knowledgeable and respectful of our intentions. He made the long ride entertaining as well as educational. We would definitely use his service again. Our only issue was trying to reach your office by phone a couple of days before our trip to confirm and not being able to reach anyone.
