when you think you have seen it all, then Apollo on his chariot rises out of the pond. The sculpture is amazingly fine. But the pond is so large that it is hard to see all the detail in the bronze without a zoom lens. it is worth the effort.

an exquisitely crafted ans sculpted fountain with lots of tortoise statues as smaller fountain-mouths, this is an ideal selfie point after touring the complete outdoors.

Up near the Grand Trianon this quite well detailed piece sits in isolation, I'd never seen anything like it before, it was well worth a stop at.
