One of the UK's oldest vineyards (est. 1971) producing boutique wines in rural Worcestershire. Under new management as of July 2017.
This is really worth a visit, both the shop and a pre-booked vineyard tour. Once the most northerly vineyard in the world they produce a quite excellent range of wines. Great to drink yourself or that ‘different’ Christmas or birthday present. We learned a terrific amount on the tour such as how to taste wines simply, and what made a good wine: picking the grapes on different days for instance. Go for it. You won’t be disappointed. A local business that deserves to flourish.

The Hop Shed is a wonderful asset to the parish and county and to all beer drinkers. This unique venue opens on Fridays and Saturdays (see times) and regularly serves super food to compliment the drink. This is a remarkably friendly establishment which has had nationwide coverage on tv. Just go and experience The Hop Shed.....

We had the best time last Friday at the Gin School. Everything was in place to make you feel safe in these strange times, but it didn't detract from the whole enjoyment of the evening. The building is very impressive and it was lovely to see the way the old Porcelaine works had been so sympathetically renovated and bough back into use. We were made to feel welcome and the hosts were both friendly and informative, guiding us through the whole process of both making and drinking Gin. The nice touch of a platter of savouries was most welcome and went a little way to soaking up the Gin!!!! Would recommend this to any Gin loving person, but make sure you have a taxi booked to get the best out of it..
