I attended the Madhouse for my Niece's birthday party in February. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, they ensured everyone has a safe and lovely time. Jess, the owner was also to provide vegan friendly food, however this is not advertised on the menu. The Madhouse is very clean, bright and the play area is that good that I did want to have a go myself.

Indoor children's play centre located inside Seacombe Ferry Terminal. Our multi-tier play frame is suitable for children up to a height of 4ft 9in. We also offer children's birthday parties and themed/special days throughout the year.
We visited here to let our toddler burn off energy midway through our ferry. She had an absolute ball, we had amazing hot chocolates - far better than Starbucks, Costa and Nero. The soft play is small so suitable for small children and is clean, tidy and well secured to stop children escaping.

Our little boy recently had his 4th birthday party here. Staff take everything off your hands when you come in and set up for you. Tables reserved for parents of the party guests. Everything ran by the staff there with lovely integration with the children. Dairy allergies catered for no problems including ice cream which was lovely as no-one felt left out. Cake cut up and put into party bags by staff and presents taken off children as they come in so they're kept safe and in one place. Would 100% recommend, excellent value for money, excellent staff and totally effortless for parents!

This is my favourite play area. They have recently improved the decor. Always clean. Staff are so lovely. Affordable to get in. The menu has a good variety and good prices. The only thing is the parking. Which there is nothing I dont think they can do. They only have a small carpark and then there is a busy road with limited parking.
