We thoroughly enjoyed our boat cruise out to seal rock to see the seals up close. Loved seeing the baby seals playing in the water. Crew were all friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the seals. Weather was a bit rough but that added to the fun of the boat trip. When we reached seal rock they were able to find a sheltered part so we could comfortably watch the seals. Would definitely recommend.

We had a terrific day down the east coast of Wilsons promontory. Leaving from Pt Welshpool in the morning mist, the sun came out on and off and we had a varied appreciation of this spectacular coast with its sandy beaches, magnificent rocks and majestic hills. The crew was friendly and particularly well organised. WE enjoyed multiple coffees and biscuits, morning and afternoon tea. The lunch was very well presented in individual little boxes with bamboo cutlery , plentiful and tasty. It as great having a warm potato as we admired the scenery on the top deck . The 2 hours stopover in Refuge cove gave us the opportunity for a walk, Highlights were the numerous seals sunning themselves and jumping off into the sea from seal rock and the dolphins following the boat on 2 different occasions..

This small group (max 8 guests) hiking tour is made for those who want the best of the beach and the mountains. We arrive at Wilsons Prom and embark on our first hike for the day which takes us through beautiful terrain and emerges to the vastness of “The Big Drift” Wilsons Promontory sand dunes. An out of this world and inescapable view that can be often over-looked. Once we return we will take a small drive into the town of Yanakie for a delicious lunch at the Wilsons Prom Cafe. After lunch, it’s time for our second hike of the day, a 6.8 km return journey to the famous Mt Oberon. From the summit, you will experience arguably the best coastal views in Victoria. Our next stop is Tidal River for a cheeky ice cream (don’t worry, you’ve earned it) before we head to Squeaky Beach. Here you can wander on the incredibly white rounded grains of quartz which make a squeaking sound giving this popular local beach its name.

Inclusions: 2 x easy to moderate hikes with a total distance of 10 km., Plenty of chances to spot emu, koalas, wombats and wallabies, Organic Fruit & Healthy Snacks, Entrance to Wilsons Promontory National Park, Air-conditioned vehicle, Rain Ponchos & First Aid, Friendly and knowledgeable tour guides, Unforgettable memories

Exclusions: Hotel pickup and drop-off

‘The Prom’ as it is known to many people, is one of Victoria’s most loved and cherished natural attractions. Located at the southernmost region of mainland Australia, this wildlife haven will inspire and intrigue even the most discerning traveller, with its panoramic views, pristine white beaches, coastal forests, cool climate rainforests and well-preserved walking tracks. The prom is home to many marsupials, such as kangaroo’s and wombats, native birds and other native animals such as emus, which with a bit of luck you are able to see up-close. The best way to explore the Prom is on foot, so you will no doubt enjoy your stroll along some spectacular tracks and be entertained by the pure white quartz ‘singing sands’ of Squeaky Beach. An opportunity is available to enjoy either a rainforest walk at Lilly Pilly Rainforest or amazing panoramic views offered on the Verekers Outlook track, or Mount Bishop track (easy to medium graded walks).
