Gorgeous little walks and pic nic spot perfect for a stop off while exploring Dingle peninsula. Long walk up the mountain and boarded walk around the lake. Suitable for kids and no need for walking boots. Runners (and a waterproof) will do the trick nicely!

Well worth a visit. Beautiful walk with the added bonus of well documented archaeological features. Short 5km walk is perfect for a family with young children as there are a couple of benches to rest on or picnic at along the way.

Beautiful and peaceful nature reserve. There is 4 or 5 different walks, all signposted ranging from gentle 2k one upwards to more difficult and longer walks. 2 minute drive outside the town. A must visit if you like nature/walking.

Often drove past here but decided to give it a try. Lovely walks and it’s bigger than you think. Loads of birds and different trees and bushes. Some parking and very quiet.
