Did not walk up upstairs but it is a nice looking building with a smal park and benches at the back. It gives nice display at night as well. The view at the top in good weather must be stunning.

Amazing place to visit ,walking around the port you gonna be amaze by great view!!! You can also use bike for your visit.Great to see.
