Tour guide was really knowledgeable. Nice guy. Tour was great but 1 negative the tour itself wasn't what was stated. It said we would have a platter lunch and a winery tour. we got neither of these. Lunch was great and tasty but it was a meal not a platter and there was no winery tour either. I do understand there has been a few changes due to winerys leaving the area but I think maybe the explanation of the tour when booking needs to be changed(updated) it was still a great day though. Thoroughly enjoyed

What started as an amazing experience and tasting with an exceptional staff member (I give her 5 stars) turned unpleasant when we went to purchase $150 worth of products! Our helpful staff member (who ironically is also from Adelaide and understands customer service) asked the barista to offer us a free coffee due to the amount we were spending where she was told by the tall male barista that he would not give it to us as we bought the wrong cups!! The dialogue that followed was embarrassing and made us feel like we were begging for a coffee! I commend our lovely staff member who managed the situation with grace and courtesy however due to the behaviour of the tall male barista I will never EVER recommend this place. This is not about not getting the coffee instead this is about the shocking customer service by the barista. Our word of mouth marketing will cost you more than a cup of coffee!! Shameful!

Such a great day touring the region with Paula. The wineries were beautiful, lunch was great and Paula was a brilliant guide. Her enthusiasm for the area and knowledge is infectious, as is her ability to make you feel like you've known her for years quickly! Wine tours are always fun, but with this I enjoyed the added extras like the thrombolites and information on the local area. I highly recommend Paula and Kaleidoscope Tours for a memorable and enjoyable day out!!! Thanks Paula ????

A great wine tasting tour of Margaret river. A family run business with easy booking & communication at a bargain price. With COVID-19 concerns there were concerns of the tour going ahead but Steve rang to confirm as soon as the COVID update was made. We were picked up from our hotel at 8:30 AM, some 30km from home base & then joined the other two couples. We then visited a specialty coffee roaster, three wineries & an olive oil tasting with a five star restaurant lunch in between - all at a gentle pace with great commentary from our driver, Clarice. Each winery was informative with no pressure to buy. We finished with a visit to a brewery to freshen our palates - cost not included. Total time 9 hours, cost $120 a head. What an experience & what a bargain! A family run small business providing a relaxed wine & regional tour at a bargain price- friendly with great communication. It’s worth noting that you should book directly with them at Harvest Tours - we were highjacked to an overseas site which misled us over pickup availability & also deducted a significant percentage from the tour provider.

We were picked up by a very charming tour guide called Bernadette who took care of us for the day. The tour was better than expected, we visited the Penguins where a guide delivered an interesting talk on the rescue ones and the lives of the Penguins on the island. We also saw lots of birds and sailed by another island to see sea lions. The cherry on the top were the dolphins who were coming along by the boat. The boat crew were experts on the dolphins and made an effort to find them so we could see more. The day trip was a huge success, enjoyed by all four of us and we wholeheartedly recommend Bernadette as an experienced tour guide. She went above and beyond sharing her knowledge of the region and making our day extra special.
