Our story goes back a long way. Over a hundred years and five generations in fact. From running cattle to fruit growing, our family's experience and love for agriculture has remained strong. We've learnt a few things along the way; paramount being conservation. Being stewards of the land which has provided for so many, for so long, is a task we take seriously. Come visit our straw bale wine shop.
great place awesome views and the best staff to deal with. I would recommed Off the Grid Winery to everyone.

Located in the heart of British Columbia's Okanagan Valley, Mission Hill Family Estate is world renowned for its award winning wines, stunning setting and architecture, and Terrace Restaurant. Majestic mountains, a scenic lake and lush orchards encase the winery's dramatic architecture and combine to create a setting that celebrates wine, food and the arts. With organic viticultural practices that ensure care for the environment, and a timelessness that respects the family's European heritage, the winery is a refuge from the hurried pace of daily life. One of the most beautiful vineyards in Kelowna, Kalala Organic Estate Valley was certainly one of the highlights of my first ever trip to the Okanagan Valley. Family owned and run, the essence of Kalala lies in the passion and warmth of its owners and employees. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the family members during my wine tasting experience and they told me about the Kalala Story, which is not just impressive, but truly inspiring! The vineyard is the brainchild of an engineer turned viticulturist, who, along with his wife and kids, is the proud owner of one Canada’s most awarded wineries. The staff at the winery are not just professional, but very kind and friendly. The values with which they run this little gem of a vineyard are unparalleled, producing some of the most delicious organic wines. While their Dostana is the showstopper, I liked the entire selection of wines that I tasted. Coupled with stunning views of the Okanagan Lake, this winery is an absolute must visit while in Kelowna!

Mt. Boucherie Estate Winery proudly stands facing its namesake, a former volcano that created unique soil conditions for grape growing. Our heritage stems back to since the beginning of the Okanagan wine industry and we are proud to own and manage some of the oldest vineyards in British Columbia. From the vine to the bottle, our team takes care of every detail, every choice, every grape and every drop of wine. This is our pride in being one of the few premier wineries using grapes grown exclusively from our own vineyards.
Our experience at Mt. Boucherie was incredible. We started with the wine tasting, overlooking the vineyards and the beautiful Okanagan Lake. Sarah the Australian was incredibly passionate, made sure we tasted the type of wines we wanted (no heavy reds) and shared interesting information about the different types of wine we tasted. She made the entire experience for us! We then had dinner reservations, where we were seated on the beautiful outdoor patio and enjoyed a really tasty meal. We were so blown away by the entire experience, and we can't thank the staff enough for such a pleasant visit!

Little Straw Vineyards is a family-owned estate winery with vineyard plantings dating back to the mid-70's. The majority of our wines are made from our estate-grown grapes. In our large, airy wine shop you can sample our wines free of charge, although we encourage cash donations to our local food bank. We offer an eclectic array of wine-related condiments, regional literature, and gift items to round out your visit. Between noon and 6 pm daily you can enjoy a tapas-style meal in our on-site lounge, the Barrel Top Grill.
This hidden gem is a “DO NOT MISS” Winery in West Kelowna. At Little Straw you will find some of the best wine under $20 in all of B.C. I went there with a friend in August 2020 and we left with 11 bottles! Which is the most I’ve ever bought at a winery. Their sweeter patio friendly whites are wonderful and we found some reds we enjoyed too. The customer service was incredible and we got to meet Barb the wine maker who is incredibly passionate about making wine. Also, their COVID 19 protocols are some of the best I’ve seen and we felt very safe. This winery should be more popular and you HAVE to stop next time you’re in the area

We are a farm gate winery focused on producing premium certified organic wines expressive of the vintage and vineyard. Come visit us for a tasting and a tour - We are open all four seasons! Only 7 minutes from downtown, our winery is just across the bridge in West Kelowna.
Three of us dropped by mid day and had a wine tasting directed by the younger Neil. He made it a fun experience after wiping down the table and the chairs. He was very easy to talk to and answered our questions in a way that all of us understood. One of our group bought a bottle of unoaked Chardonnay. When we got home and offered a taste to our husbands, they refused at first because it was Chardonnay. But after they tasted it, they changed their mindS and actually went back and bought more! That wine is awesome! Very friendly atmosphere...the winemaker was there to answer questions too!
