This 12-metre tower marks the entrance to the town of Wandoan. It has a wheel with a diameter of 8-metres and was originally purposed to pump water to the bore of "Bungaban" station. The mill stands beside the Visitor Information Centre which is housed within the original Juandah Railway Station building.

This was named in memory of the local men and women who served their country in the Wars. The showgrounds are home to the State Polocrosse Championships as well as the annual Wandoan Polocrosse Carnival, Wandoan Diggers Race Day and Wandoan Show.
The Cultural Centre was opened in December 1987 and located in the quiet courtyard of the Centre is a huge piece of local stone with the history of the Wandoan region on its face. It also is home to the monument to those who fought in the various wars.
The beautiful mural painted on one of the storage tanks acknowledges the story of our early settlers, our industries and the people from the Wandoan region who served in the Wars.
