Based in a splendid barn dating from 1707, the traditional liqueur distillery “Les Aperos de Philomene” offers a range of plant-based aperitifs, fruit wines, around thirty “peket” gins.“Who is Philomene? Why is Peket so-called? Does “Peket Cannabis” really exist?... How is it made?”. All these questions and more will be answered during the guided tour, which ends with a tasting, of course!

The staff are very friendly, and tour short is of a very reputable distillery. But the tasting is nice enough. Definitely worth a visit I would recommend Owl to introduce a few more small souvenirs to improve sales, and I'd wait until you get to Brussels airport to buy the whisky as it's cheaper there (this is really disappointing, something that needs to be fixed).
