We operate on the most exciting waterfalls and gorges that you can find anywhere in Wales. We have gorges that you abseil down, waterfall you can climb up, swim through and even walk behind. They are truly the most exciting gorges you can find.
Really great fun, walking through waterfalls, jumping into pools and generally having a really good time! This was a great family activity for us and our teenage daughter, we would definitely recommend this for anyone with a sense of adventure and love for being outdoors. Our guide Paddy was really great, ensuring we had lots of fun but also stayed safe. It was an amazing way to see the gorge in all of its glory.

Touring Wales towards Machynlleth, we spotted a large board advertising the Observatory and Cors Dyfi Reserve. The sign of a wild Osprey caught our eyes at the entrance. We had not known of this place until now, so could not resist seeing it for ourselves. We had no idea if this was a few minutes or needed longer to see. At least an hour needed. There is a large car park and a new toilet block at the very start of it, to the right of the entrance. There are no other toilets for the public. To the right is a small cabin selling snacks, drinks and good cakes. Tables, benches with umbrellas all outside, no tables inside. The entrance tickets are purchased from the left hand cabin, selling marvellous photos on cards and souvenirs of the Osprey. We were given then a good map of the place showing the boardwalks built across the marshes to various hides to climb up to or in. Signs are displayed along the picturesque new walkways depicting the various plants, buffalo, wildlife etc. Mountains tower in the background of this wonderful walk. At the very end the huge hide has panoramic views and expensive equipment to look through to see the baby Osprey birds in their nests. Some people had been lucky enough to watch the mother Osprey bringing back a huge trout , dropping it into the nest. The cabin entrance has large screens to see close up photographs and live filming. All the staff were so helpful, cheerful and informative and enthusiastic making this a very happy and memorable morning.

You haven’t lived until you’ve slept on a portaledge on a cliff face in beautiful Wales! This experience was run by Sam - our awesome guide and one of the nicest blokes we’ve met - for my girlfriends birthday. After we arrived at the set up spot, we were able to do some rock climbing (neither of us experienced, so totally fine for beginners) and had a walk round the area which was beautiful. We were them lowered down to our ‘bed’ and fell asleep to the sound of the waves below. Whilst it’s a terrifying concept, you feel weirdly safe after a few mins and Sam showed us how it was all secured so you know how it works. Can’t recommend highly enough for a crazy, unique experience!

Having never ridden an off-road motorbike I was a bag of nerves and excitement about the day. I shouldn't of been nervous as I finished the day full of confidence and smiles. Summing the experience up in one word.... FUN! I booked a 1-1 training experience. My riding went from lurching the bike about to smooth and confident in a single day, I have already booked another as I'm now hooked. It started with a safety briefing, due to the current Covid pandemic I was also informed of handwash stations etc. Once kitted up it was off to meet my instructor, Mick Extance himself, who is one of the friendliest blokes I've ever met. He asked about my riding experience and I felt immediately confident the day would be tailored to me. After a brief rundown of the bike, we headed off to a flat training area to get used to basic off-road techniques. Then we were off through a mix of terrain, stopping regularly to take in the stunning landscape, catch our breath, and chat. At every step Mick was explaining how he viewed the terrain, approached obstacles, and shared his wealth of experience. By the end of the day I was dirty, tired, and grinning ear to ear. The whole team are friendly, welcoming, and approachable. One of the best experiences I've had.

Yet again this fantastic place did not disappoint. Despite a storm then flooding Dave managed to organise a coastering session for 3 teenage boys. The session was tailored to their needs and abilities perfectly. This is a hidden gem of an activity place with Dave who runs it being extremely helpful. Boys looking forward to more days next year when hopefully covid will be eradicated and they want to stay the year after to get more days in! Thank you for everything Dave.
