It is located on the north bank of the Nieuwe Maas river at the confluence with the Oude Maas. Beautifull area, kind of forest in very crowded 'randstad'. Few walking paths, very nice mountainbike track! Sushi restaurant and on the other side of the highway (with a bridge) is a 'surfplas' an other area, with a restaurant. To go to the broekpolder you can take tramway 24 to the end, it's a minute walk to the west.
