Bittersweet Cocktail Bar is the perfect speakeasy for craft cocktails. The bartenders are knowledgeable and skilled in making the perfect cocktail for your taste. This menu-less spot is guaranteed to outdo any other local cocktail you might try. We had a spicy drink, a wasabi based drink, a sweet gin drink, and a salty gin drink - all far exceeding expectations! Additionally, the bartenders were friendly, perfect for great conversation, and would be fun even if you’re a solo traveler. This place is not to be missed on your trip to Phu Quoc!

We are no theatre or art critics and would rather poke needles in our eyes than going to the theatre in London. This show though however was spectacular and very well organised with regards to transport back to Hoi An. The costumes and performance of the dancers were excellent and stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed the show and it was a very pleasant way to spend an evening. Another suprise was that drinks are cheaper here than the town, very much unlike the London West End. VIP tickets are certainly recommend a very comfy big seat, sheltered, complimentary water and fruit. We would certainly go again if we visit Hoi An again. A big thank you to everyone involved with the show.

Ca Tru Thang Long

"Visiting Vietnam without listening to a rhythm of ca tru traditional music means that you've not discovered the real spirit of Vietnam yet." "Free yourself and get immersed in ca tru while enjoying performance by Thang Long Ca Tru Theatre. It is a voluntary, non-profit group of ca tru musicians founded in 2006. Long-time history, unique instruments, impressive music tones and meaningful song lyrics made ca tru recognized by UNESCO as the World Intangible Cutural Heritage." "This is a concert for about 70 persons held in an old temple in the old quarter of Hanoi. They are good about explaining the instruments and the history of the music. They even let you come try out the instruments. The hot tea and little cake is a nice touch at intermission" "The singers had such dear, expressive faces and sang with such intensity. The instruments were unique and had a real otherworldly quality to them and the presentation and overall performance were of a very high quality.
