Interactivity Board Game Cafe

Reviewed By BlueSkyPostcards - Snohomish, United States

Brought my kids here shortly after it opened at 11am and stayed about three hours playing games and enjoying snacks. It is a combination cafe and place to sit and play games. There are about 8-10 large tables in the family friendly section and probably more than that in the 19+ section (which is fairly separated). There are over 500 games to choose from that you can play and they also have a section in front where you can purchase new games to take with you. They have a great selection of games to purchase. We ordered one of their homemade milkshakes, a hot chocolate, an Italian soda and a bowl of popcorn. We got our game started and our food arrived to our table. I love that the milkshake was served in a metal container that kept it frozen for more than an hour and the hot chocolate was served in a metal insulated mug that kept it hot for more than an hour. We played several different board and card games during our three hours there. It was so much fun, so relaxing and excellent service. Any game you want to learn how to play they will teach you. If we had a place like this located where we live, we would be regulars.

Horror Escape

Work together in a detailed set finding clues, solving puzzles and unlocking your way through multiple rooms. We are family friendly and great for all ages... Will you escape?

Reviewed By mousecompass

FANTASTIC! We did the House of the Occult which had so many more special effects than I've ever experienced in an Escape room at a price that was cheaper than the ones we've done in the States. While the room was great, what stood out the most was the Customer Service. We contacted Horror Escape with concerns on the morning of our visit and Michael managed to go above and beyond to make sure everything worked out for us and took the initiative to have everything set. When we arrived he was the perfect game host and convinced us to do another room again on the same day! What a great experience and truly highlighted by the commitment of Michael on the Horror Escape team.

Crag X Climbing Centre

Right in the heart of downtown, Crag X offers climbing and bouldering for experienced climbers and those new to the sport. In the summer, Crag X offers drop-in climbing sessions where trained staff manage all the safety systems as they introduce you to climbing. Good fun for all abilities and a great way to spend an afternoon. Experienced climbers need only pass our free Belay Test. Visiting boulderers can ask for a deferred belay test. The curious can take a lesson and learn the ropes. (A pun, I know, I know - I’m sorry) Closed on Saturday in July and August. Most holidays 10-6pm holiday hours. Christmas Eve, Christmas and Boxing Day closed.
