Allegro is a high-speed train service between Helsinki, Finland, and St. Petersburg, Russia.
We had decided to stop in Helsinki first before going on to St Petersburg. After reading some reviews about the Allegro Train we booked 2nd class tickets. We tried to upgrade to first class but they were sold out which was actually good because the 2nd class was great! We had comfortable seats, had a great lunch in the dining car, did immigrations & customs while on the train so once we arrived in St Petersburg we just walked out of the station. No lines, no waiting, no fuss. It was the fastest 3.5 hours ever along with a delightful experience! We highly recommend this and 2nd class is great!!

This was my main mode of transport around Helsinki. To me it makes no sense whatsoever to do a Hop On Hop Off Tour bus, when this is far more economical, and easy to use. Service is fast and frequent, and the best part is that you can purchase your tickets and passes right on your phone with the Helsinki public transport app. I wish every city would do that- it was nice having a ticket machine right in my pocket. I noticed that everything was fast and smooth because the authorities expected that everyone had bought a ticket, so there were no barriers or slow downs trying to tap in or out like you must do with other city transit systems. The honor system really speeds things up. Trams were clean and tidy for the most part, although sometimes I'd encounter a spilled beer on the floor. If I wasn't sure what I wanted to do just then, sometimes I'd get on a tram and just ride it until I decided to get off.

Helsinki metro is one of the best and most convenient metro systems I have seen. The whole system is easy to figure out and you cannot get lost. You get from the center to Eastern Helsinki or even to Espoo`s mall Iso Omena. Clean, safe, comfortable.

Reliable and hassle-free airport transfers in Helsinki.

A very good way to get to the airport nowadays. The ride takes a little bit over half an hour and you only pay the public transport fee. The ride ends right between the two terminals of the Helsinki Airport.
