It's a 1 1/2-2 hr hike through the labyrinth. You go up steep stairs, squeeze thru rocks, have fantastic views. That place leaves you at awe of the stunning natural beauty of the rock formations. Only go there if you are at a normal weight range or you will not fit thru the rocks. Nice place to take your kids, it's safe.

Very nice walking area. The view from one side of the hillock to the other side is impressive, the overview of the surrounding countryside is lovely. Mind to take the route via Schlaifhausen to the parking area halfway up the hill. Parking in Wiesenthau adds a few kilometers and a couple of hundred altitude meters to your hike. The chapel at the top is quite a sight. If you’re lucky, the local shepherd will have his flock at the top.

This is a really nice way to relax for a couple of hours and to see some animals. The walk around the park is not that long, just a km or two, but you can take your time. There are benches to sit on and observe the animals, picnic-tables (at about half-way) for a stop (plus a Toitoi), playing grounds for kids, etc. Some of the animals are roaming free, so dogs are not allowed. You can buy some feed to give to them (don't bring anything except coin money with you, it's not allowed). If you want to relax with the animals, be there early to avoid the screaming kids running into the herds (yeah, looking at you, Tiffany). Parking is free, but on busy times the space can be of an issue. Also, the roads are dirt and may contain some output from the roaming animals, so don't wear your Sunday shoes). One thing to note are the opening hours: Nov-Feb: 9-16, Mar-Oct 8-18, so don't expect the long opening hours in the winter. Definitely worth visiting, with or without kids.
