We joined Borut Delost from Horses on Breg on a four-days-tour around Sembije and it was just perfect. The place still is very natural, so you're going to explore „real“ Slovenia and its hospitable residents. Borut was a great guide, his horses amazingly understanding and patient. We felt safe the whole time and trusted the horses from the first minute on. This is big recommendation for all those who wish to explore Slovenia off the beaten tracks and get to know Boruts beautiful homeplace: untouched nature, beautiful forests, peace & quiet. Thank you for this unique experience!

When it comes to horse riding in Slovenia, I would definitely recommend Ranc Mrcina. We opted for the 2-hour ride to Senozeta Hills which was recommended by the company. The horses were beautiful and well trained. The hosts were very friendly from start to finish and the views during the ride were amazing (better than a postcard). This event was one of our highlights during our trip to Slovenia. I would like to thank Robi and his team for being very welcoming.
