I went to Sultanahmet Old City Travel Agency for a last minute trip to Cappadocia and it was fantastic. I showed up on a Sunday night with a hope of doing a 2-night, 3-day trip starting the next day. They booked my flights, pick-up services, hotel, tour, and balloon ride and everything was perfect. You have to be a little bit flexible and go-with-the-flow: you get information as you need it but not before (e.g. the tour guide in the evening will say when the next morning's pick up is). I stayed in a great hotel at the top of a hill with amazing views (Seki Cave hotel), had a lovely day tour (green tour), and was able to take a balloon ride. Thank you!

Got with them by chance, beeing the partner agency who provided the private transfer from an to the airport Kaiseri to Göreme. They provided not only the driver, but also an excellent english speaking guide, mr. Ali Gözübek. We ended up doing all the tours with Ali and Sonrisa Tours. So: fair prices, excellent travel conditions, good communication (english), punctuality, custommer oriented.

The best way to immerse yourself in a short time is to visit the peaceful Prince’ Islands. We will enjoy a cruise accompanied by the Seagulls to “Buyukada”, the largest island among the Prince’ Islands. During the cruise, we will view the charming sights along the way and the memorable view of the old Istanbul. On the way, you'll be able to enjoy great views of the Topkapi Palace, Leander's Tower and Üsküdar on Istanbul's Asian shore. Prince’s Islands are summer places; away from the rush of the city, they offer a different experience with their unique climate, vegetation and vehicle-free roads. Only horse-carriages named Phaeton are allowed on Prince’s Islands. We will take a ride around the Island with the Phaeton and enjoy the sights of the island and its elegant mansions. When you explore some of the islands' quiet back streets, you'll feel as if you've found your way back to the late 19th century and an Istanbul that no longer exists on the mainland.

Total scum. At 12-40 we asked a bigbus employee when is the next boat to Bosphorus tour, we were promised that the next tour is planned for 13-15. As a fact, each 15 minutes we were asked to wait more 15 minutes. At 14-20 we left the boat because it is not possible to waste hours waiting for a 1 hour hour tour. The most important, all employees if this company is ALWAYS lying to you. Minor, but also important, on the ticket was a login and password to wifi, but when we asked how to connect we were said that they don't have wifi. Wasted5 EU per person and 2 hours of life.
