Mayan ruins tower over the sea in Tulum. The formerly walled city was one of the last to be built by the Mayans, and its archaeological sites are incredibly well preserved. Take a break from the beach to visit El Castillo, the Temple of the Frescoes, and the Temple of the Descending God. Explore an underground river under a canopy of stalactites in the sacred caverns of LabnaHa Eco Park, or dive into Cenote Dos Ojos to snorkel inside of caves in the middle of a forest.

Lily welcomed us into her home and made us feel like friends. We learned how to cook authentic Mexican dishes (including guacamole the old Aztec way!) that were DELICIOUS and we had so much fun. She was a great teacher and gave us the recipes (and more) to take home with us. The techniques she shows can be applied to many Mexican dishes. This was such a unique experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Linas Mexican Kitchen emerged her passion from her joy and constant desire to share the delights of the truly Mexican food with other people as she has always done with her family and friends. Lina has created the authentic Mexican menus from recipes and techniques she learned from her mother as a young girl growing up in Oaxaca which is one of the richest places in Mexico in culture and gastronomy. Lina moved to Tulum 20 years ago, during this time she has been working in different projects. Her cooking and personality made successful a well know restaurant in Tulum. Along the years she has delighted and made happy many palates from all over the World.
My wife and I stayed in Tulum for our honeymoon - and decided to partake in cooking classes during our stay. Lina and her sister did a phenomenal job interacting with us, showing us the basics of Mexican cuisine, and was honestly one of the best meals I have ever had. Lina is a well known chef in Tulum, and was recently at Zebra . My wife and I had an amazing time, and would highly highly recommend this place experience to anyone visiting Tulum!!!

We had them do a private chef dinner and open bar one evening, and it was quite a treat! The prices were very reasonable, and they really worked with us on the menu. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. Service was incredible, including clean up afterwards. We really could not have asked for more. Hi, my name is Carlos and I have been a professional massage therapist for over 15 years. I truly enjoy giving massages and over the years, I´ve developed a very special combination of the best and most effective techniques drawn from various types of massages.
Carlos Cardona -- a gifted massage practitioner with unparalleled warmth and skill -- melted my tension away with his magic hands. From the moment I stepped into Carlos's sparkling clean oasis in town center, I felt like I was floating. Completely at ease. Carlos is a master practitioner. A visionary spirit and gentle soul. Respect and gratitude for this healing experience.

Taco Chef's Table We decided to call this a "Chef's table" as this culinary experience is very interactive focusing of what it takes to create tacos by a Mexican chef/Taco expert, rather than just a standard cooking class. Our Chef who is a taco expert, has one of the best taco stands in the Yucatan Peninsula, so we created this experience in order for people to come and see what the taco is really about. We value authenticity and intimate experiences offering food of a high standard. I myself am an Aussie who is a traveller so I know what travellers are looking for and I am working with two Mexicans, my partner, Carlos who has been working in tourism and our Local Chef & Taco expert. We all host the experience together sharing traditional and local recipes; and then delicious tacos of this region. A fun, intimate food experience that focuses not only on tacos but an insight into ancient and traditional techniques and recipes. Carlos and Jessica are now also holding vegan options.
First class taco masterclass run by a fantastic, professional team with a real passion for authentic Mexican flavours and methods. Jess and Carlos were both warm and extremely knowledgable which made for a fun and informative hands-on afternoon with a small, intimate group. The talented local chef ran us through a host of mouth-watering recipes that have been passed down through the generations, ensuring that we were introduced to and tasted many new regional ingredients, explaining their significance to Mexican culture and traditions. The tacos were incredible and we left extremely full and happy to have enjoyed such an amazing day - go hungry as you will want to try them all :) An experience that you are unlikely to find anywhere else! If you want to learn how to make real Mexican tacos then look no further, you've found the place! I'll definitely be bringing friends and family here when they come to visit :-)
