I was here while no event was taking place, so it was a nice open green space while a wandered around. It is a nice area right in the middle of the art and dining district. I could see in warmer weather how this would be the area's primary hang out spot.

After delivering Doordash to a driver, I found out about Port City Raceway. I called my son (13 years old) and asked if he wanted to check it out. I had no idea the place existed and we don't know jack about cars, just NASCAR. The place was amazing, the people were awesome and incredibly helpful and we had a great time. It turns out a friend of my son's races there so we will definitely be back. The race ran late and we left around midnight and still had a great time. We actually were seated next to a 10 year old whose step-dad raced and he explained everything to us. Great time & we'll be back - one highlight was the kids telling jokes. They were clever and I'd only heard one before. Loud and fun, great family time but the kids need to be "older"...10-ish. Oh, and they have a great bar and solid food. Did I mention cheap?
