Highly recommended. On time, lovely personable guide, small group tour. Berlenga Island is beautiful. They use a small family run boat business to get you to the island, in current times that is lovely supporting small businesses and it was a pleasant journey, I even had a nap. This also meant we had longer on the island then the boats that go back and fourth as numbers are limited on the island so when a boat goes back to Peniche, they take everyone with them. Everything felt covid safe, this was a huge concern for me but they reassured me over email conversations. She even got me a pastel de nata with a candle as they knew it was my birthday... and a good pastel de nata, it is my absolute favourite! It was overcast on arrival, but soon brightened up. There was a tour of the small island and plenty of free time. I would suggest bringing your own lunch as food options were very limited. The boat tour of the caves bought as back to the beginning on our tour from the Fort, avoiding the trek back up. People were coming back up as we were going down and it was definitely hard work. Highly recommended and a beautiful island to spend my birthday.

This tour is designed for those who are prepared to carry out a longer navigation and may face some maritime adversity. We will sail to the magnificent Tróia Peninsula, which will take us on a journey of about 2 hours of navigation through the maritime channel of entry into the Port of Setúbal. We leave Porto by the Bay of Sesimbra, we pass by the Cova da Armação and we begin our course to Troy. As we move away from coast and along the course we will see in the background emblematic points of the Natural Park of Arrábida and the Marine Reserve Prof. Luiz Saldanha, such as: Serra do Risco, Portinho da Arrábida, Arrábida Convent, Galapinhos Beach, Figueirinha Beach, Outão Sanatorium, Setúbal City and São Filipe Fort, among others. . Reaching the Peninsula of Troy, we crossed the Marina and saw the magnificent Caldera and some vestiges of Roman Ruins. Arriving at our paradisiac destination we take advantage of swimming and relaxing in the sun!

Raul took us around sintra explaining everything very well! He took us to all the places we wanted recommended the best things. He had a fast track to entering the palace and a discount for families. Recommended very good food. He is very fun and very professional. We went to palace de pene and caba de roca and central sintra. Loved the trip! Make sure you are dressed well and and have TRAINERS ON cuz there’s a lot of Walking!

My Husband and I spent our Christmas Holiday here. Its a beatiful place, clean and the food is excellent, although obviously not too many places were open as it was the holiday but those that were had excellent food choices. Walks in the country side and the beeches were amazing and there is so much to see and watching the sun go down on our roof terrace was perfect - highly recommend this area off season for those who want a quiet peaceful break.
