I have used tlGoOpti four times while travelling in the Balkans during October. The first trip was to pick me up from Venice Airport and take me to Trieste. Fortunately, I had taken out their absolutely no worries insurance so when my flight was delayed coming out of Melbourne missing my connecting flight in Doha there were no problems. I just contacted GoOpti and they informed me what time shuttle to catch at the airport. The other trips I did were from Trieste to Piran, a very early morning Piran to Ljubljana Airport and finally Skopje to Prizren. The Skopje to Prizren shuttle was 45 minutes late picking me up due to traffic. They let me know of the initial 15 minutes delay but I needed to contact them after that to get more details. On a couple of occasions I needed help with questions to do with my bookings and I found that the staff were always exceptionally helpful and quick to answer. Overall I have no hesitation in recommending GoOpti.
