In the vicinity of the Island of Flowers is a three-story tower covered by a gabled roof and consisting of a floor building with a flat terrace. It is possible to see elements of the Romanesque architectural style on the entrance portal into this building which was constructed in the 16th century. A testimony of a fresco representing the Serbian Emperor Dusan which existed in the tower until the end of the 19th century can also be seen.
