Whether it's a bachelorette party, birthday party, celebration or just a fun night out - my cooking classes are a great option! My cooking classes aim to make the art of cooking gourmet accessible to all. I offer classes open to the public on a monthly basis, focusing on a specific dietary or ethnic theme. In the summer, my focus moves to our fabulous local food scene! Call for a custom menu!
Had a wonderful experience yesterday with “A Fine Fit Catering’s” online cooking class! Chef Rhonda is the perfect combination of professional and personable; she remains upbeat, efficient and organized all whilst fielding questions from participants and multi-tasking her various food prep demonstrations. Her recipes were complex and delicious, but they felt extremely “doable” at the same time. I learned a great deal about combining flavors in a way that I hadn’t thought of before. Rhonda’s overall concept brought the Caribbean to life in my kitchen, and her menu items complimented one another perfectly. The Caribbean Jerk Pork Tenderloin was a stunner... and I loved the marinade so much, we used the leftovers as a salad dressing the next day! (Don’t even get me started on the Rum Cake with Coconut Cream & Rum Caramel Sauce). Can’t wait for the next class!

We had a flight and bought some dill pickle chips up front. They have a great store in the front with TONS of branded merchandise and they sell their beer in cans which isn't always the case. It's hard when you are traveling and stopping at several brewerys to have a way to transport growlers so we like the option of purchasing cans to bring home to other craft beer enthusiasts. They also had an area upstairs for private events and nice bathrooms with many stalls. It would make a great event space! Whoever does their marketing and artwork does an excellent job!

This is just about as close to being a necessary experience for anyone staying inside the city of Thunder Bay. It is a smaller market compared to some cities of the world, but seems to have some of everything. The sense of community is palpable here as well. Everyone seems to know each other, and even first-time visitors are greeted as though they live locally.
