Tribal Terenife still shows influence from the aboriginal Gaunches people. Visitors clamber to conquer Mount Teide (Spain’s tallest peak) and to stretch out on the sands of Los Gigantes. Squawk hello to the playful parrots of Loro Park, or brave the petrifying drive to beautiful Masca Valley. For a true taste of Terenife, sample fresh farmhouse cheese and local bananas. A piece of delicate calado canario lace makes a special souvenir.

We played here as part of a society trip to Tenerife and this was by far the best of the four courses we played. This is a very large course that has many large open fairways as well as a few tricky holes that require precison and thinking. The condition of the course is A1 and the greens were perfect, albeit fast, but very true. Also a few signature holes that really showed its true beauty. Lunch after the round at the club house was exquisite, top quality and really topped off a great round of golf and a great day. Highly recommended if you want some quality golf. The only gripe is the practice range is a good 10 minute drive from the club house in a buggie.

Right by the sea, in fact 6 holes along side the ocean, this is a great place to play. All holes have different challenges, balls can be easily lost if you are not straight, the greens are fast and difficult to read, but our 4 rounds were most enjoyable. A comfortable club house over looks most of the course. We would hope to go again

This review is about the 9hole Los Lagos golf course of Costa Adeje, separate entry, close to the driving range. I played in December 3 times the 9holes which I consider quite challenging and entertaining. Hole 4 for instance, about 100 mt above the green is a lot of fun. The course is in perfect shape, very well maintained. Staff is friendly. I paid less than 80 eur for the 9holes, a gold cart and golf bag. The clubhouse is quite small and it is not the place for lunch but you have the Clubhouse of the Costa Adeje golf in short distance. There you find a large choice of golf articles, clothes, shoes as well. I never booked in advance and always got a tee time for me alone. Even if sometimes you wait for the group ahead it is never boring, actually a good player needs max 90 min for the 9 holes with a cart. I found it very convenient, had time to warm up at the driving range (1 eur only for approx 20 balls) and play the 9- round and was still very early back to the hotel to spend time with the family!! The driving range is in good shape as well, large enough to never be crowded. I liked the view as well; all-in-one a very good experience. I was here last year, this year and will certainly come back....

Abama Golf is a Championship 18 hole golf course designed by Dave Thomas. Often described as the Augusta of Europe, this great course has Atlantic sea views from all the holes on the course.
A challenging but immaculate course with beautiful views out to sea. The fairways are like carpets and the service from the club shop and the caddy master is first rate. Cold water, bananas, clubs cleaned and on the buggy all ready to go. All of this comes at a price - green fees are very expensive if booked directly through the course but I hear deals are to be found on tour websites. Overall - in spite of the price - one of the most enjoyable rounds of golf I have ever had. Course does get busy so I played at 4pm and was the only one on it!

Golf course in South of Tenerife, with 18 holes and a wealth of natural features to test the keenest golfer. The stunning course, with its wide fairways and challenging water hazards makes the most of the dramatic natural features so artfully provided by Mother Nature, weaving round ravines and volcanic sand traps and dipping towards the sea. Each course offers its own particular set of challenges. In the North Course, the most attractive hole is HOLE 3, that runs along the “San Blas Ravine” and has the peak of Teide as its dramatic backdrop. HOLE 5 of the Links course which is a par 4 has a high position Tee which gives the player a fantastic view of the course and sea. "WHERE THE BEST PLAYERS PLAY "
I was staying nearby at Sandos San Blas and played a round. If you speak with the hotel, there is a deal to get a free taxi both ways. I thought the staff were really nice and friendly. I managed to get an early tee time which meant it was very calm and less windy than it generally is later in the day. The course was in good condition and has a driving range and putting and chipping area. I got round in just over 2 hours by myself in a buggy. I play off 12 and found that it was a decent challenge. There are a few risk regard holes and gettable par 5s even off the back tees. There was a good selection of hire clubs as well. It is quite hilly so I would definitely recommend a buggy. It compared favourably with other places that I have played such as Madeira. There are 3 different 9 hole tracks but one is currently closed for maintenance.

Golf Las Américas is an 18 hole championship golf course situated in the heart of Playa de Las Americas in the South of Tenerife. The course has hosted amateur and professional tournaments since its inception and in September 2012, we will be hosting the Ladies European Tour event the Spanish Ladies Open
Having just returned from fourteen days playing the Las Americas course I must compliment the Tee Marshalls on the excellent job they do. They are friendly, helpful and always get you away on time. The course was in excellent condition and we enjoyed the facilities in the Club House. We look forward to returning in 2018.

Great little Par 3 course, as others had said fairly short , and very reasonable cost. Picturesque and well maintained with a nice little club house that was very comfortable. Very relaxed and easy going, helpful staff. The only downside is this means it is also very popular with big queues and lengthy waits at peak times - best tip would be to play maybe late afternoon? A big shout out to the club Pro (professor) Nigel, my wife and I had a couple of shared lessons and he was great, calm, knowledgeable and helped our long and short games - lessons well worth it if you are a beginner or fairly new to golf. The driving range, practice area for chipping and putting green were very nice and well worth trying.

This club has greatly improved from a few years back and is a great golf course at a sensible price. We have been here 10 weeks and have played every week and found the staff very friendly, the restaurant on the 16th hole very good, and the golf course challenging and great fun.
