A youthful, modern metropolis with a diverse population, Tel Aviv dates back only to 1909. Clubs, bars, a thriving arts community, gay life and beaches attract artists, musicians and young professionals to Tel Aviv's more secular scene. Its UNESCO-designated Bauhaus architecture has won the city the moniker "The White City." Walk, drive or catch cabs between the cultural exhibition pavilions of Haaretz Museum, historic Independence Hall Museum, bustling Carmel Market and Old Jaffa's boardwalk.

Situated close to the restaurants, pubs and the farmer’s market in the Port of Tel Aviv. Located only minutes walking from the beach.
I had lots of tension in my neck and back and just had a great massage with Mike. It’s an unusual style but it all goes together amazingly well so you feel that he knows what to do to match your problem - feel like my shoulders have dropped 2 inches after my massage!

Have a busy week? Some massage movements relax and stretch muscles, reducing muscular tension and cramp. Massage also makes muscles more flexible by reducing muscle tone. Muscles tired by exercise are more quickly restored by massage than by rest. Don't by shy to pamper yourself with a real massage . :)
When in Tel Aviv don’t miss the opportunity to have a really good, professional, relaxing massage with Sasha, he made a wonderful work on my neck and shoulders that made my travel back home in the evening much more confortable. I strongly recommend.

As then, today too, the mythological Gordon swimming pool - which was opened in 1956 - offers a variety of swimming options: from the 50 meter-long Olympic-size pool; through to the children's pool stretching over an area of 200 square meters; and the toddlers’ pool which includes a variety of water games. The water in the pools is mineral-rich groundwater which is replenished on a daily basis. Bathers are guaranteed a refreshing, enjoyable and natural feeling, with the real smell of the sea. The temperature of the water in the pool is constant and remains at about 24 degrees. In 2009 the pool was renovated by the Tel Aviv - Jaffa Municipality and re-opened to the public. Around the pools there are anti-slip deck areas that are safe and comfortable to walk on; these are scattered with armchairs, sun-beds and sunshades. For the convenience of the bathers there are clean and spacious showers adjacent to the pool complex. Visitors to the Gordon Pool can enjoy high quality and delicious coffee at the nearby "Landwer Café", which is situated overlooking the Promenade and the Marina.

Fully integrate asana (poses) with meditation • immerse yourself in a retreat of like-minded people. Cleanse your body, discipline your mind, and awaken your spirit. Shakti and Pepe are blissfully married to each other and together they are also married to their Path and to Teaching. To this end they run and manage Prana Yoga College and have manifested a beautiful sanctuary in Tel Aviv called "The Center for Blissful Living," a home for the College students and teachers. They are as passionate towards each other as they are passionate about sharing the joy and creativity experienced through their spiritual practice. They see all their students as an extended family where its members support and get support from each other. Their approach is that life should be celebrated and not "celibated." Shakti Mhi has taught yoga and managed yoga centers in different countries for three decades. She has been dividing her time between teaching yoga classes and training teachers. Eventually, Shakti decided to completely devote her time to spreading the spiritual teaching of yoga so this ancient path would continue, and not disappear amidst the trends of westernized yoga. (read Shakti's full bio here) Pepe Danza, for more than three decades, has been a tireless musical and spiritual seeker, having studied, taught, and performed in just about every continent on this planet. From Buddhist studies in India and Nepal to Sufi Whirling and Native Shamanic Practices, his experience encompasses many cultures and traditions. Out of these he has distilled a unique personal practice and teaching style that embraces Sound, Asana practice, and various forms of Meditation, spiced with a deeply cultivated and well earned sense of humor and playfulness. (read Pepe's full bio here) Shakti and Pepe deliver their teaching with a very harmonized Shiva/Shakti energy. Their male/female flow brings balance and diversity to their students' experience. Together they continue to support many of their graduates, students and other yogis who meet obstacles on their own spiritual path. They created an online forum designed for this purpose - helping to dispel doubts, confusion, and to provide inspiration for yogis all over the world. Prana Yoga College is recognized by YogaAliance, and our graduates are granted with an international certificate.
