A youthful, modern metropolis with a diverse population, Tel Aviv dates back only to 1909. Clubs, bars, a thriving arts community, gay life and beaches attract artists, musicians and young professionals to Tel Aviv's more secular scene. Its UNESCO-designated Bauhaus architecture has won the city the moniker "The White City." Walk, drive or catch cabs between the cultural exhibition pavilions of Haaretz Museum, historic Independence Hall Museum, bustling Carmel Market and Old Jaffa's boardwalk.

We came for a meal before we went to the Opera to see Dead Man Walking. In the complex if the Tel Aviv art museum and the Cameri theatre. That evening they had an open air jazz concert. I love coming here

Visiting the Israeli Opera is a great musical and cultural experience. The performance is outstanding, acoustics are great, the building is modern and well organized. Booking a ticket close to the performance is pretty hard (at least for the classics).

A very known and old theater in Israel . Exists for many decades. The hall is in the cultural center of Tel Aviv by the opera and Tel Aviv museum. Classical international theatre and musicals but in Hebrew. Also Israeli original performances. Recommended performance running now " the HR Manager ".
