Driver picked us up on time and very helpful with luggage. He drove very safely all the way and slowly. Many other drivers passed us when we were behind slow vehicles. He only passed when it is 100% clear that there is no inbound traffic. He dropped us off safely. The vehicle was very clean and had no smell that would make anyone uncomfrotable. Good experience overall. I will call them if I ever need a driver again.

We loved our guides, Tina and Jay. I've never ridden a scooter before, and so riding in HCMC is a bit terrifying. But I felt relatively safe and my friend who is used to motorbikes was even able to have a conversation with Tina while we were moving through that crazy traffic. We had a huge, delicious meal at a place off the beaten track, and they easily accommodated the fact that my friend doesn't eat pork or seafood. Because it was a private tour, we had a chance to ask a ton of questions. Our guides were friendly and informative. We would definitely do another Tiger Tours trip, but probably not the Ghost Tour. Compared to other ghost tours I've done in other cities, there weren't really many ghosts or many stories. But we saw some great off-the-beaten track spots and had a great time. I would love to go back to Saigon and do their food tour! Note that one of our guides was a young man--this was a surprise as I had thought all their guides were women.

Had an easy day excursion out to Monkey Island. We did it ourselves and it is a decent day out. Definitely take the boat out first to the camp and then walk back as it can get quite complicated to get boat tickets. It is quite a good spot to experience the mangroves and some of the Vietnamese culture as well as the Wildlife. Whilst the monkeys are interesting it is still worth keeping a distance especially with young children as they are wild animals.

We booked and paid for a week bike tour in Vietnam with this company. We even went to Vietnam but after arrival....covid took over and Vietnam closed many of its hotels, restaurants and public areas in many cities. Airports were restricting flights and our connection city did close it doors a few days after we left. We had to leave then or be stuck there. We contacted the tour operator (we were the only three on the tour) and the only response we received was "OMG, I will have to get back to you." Since then they have not replied to any emails we have sent. They have not even responded to say they are busy as many are in this wild world we live in just now. We were a group of 3 so not a big deal to reply to our email and let us know where we stand regarding refunds. No money was spent by them other than the time to book the hotels. Many of the hotels were cancelling at that point so cancelling them might not have been necessary. Does anyone know how to contact this company?
